    Some people hate editing videos due to the time it takes to trim, add transitions, sound effects, video effects, etc. However, I think editing is the most entertaining because this is where you can allow your imagination to run wild like a HULKAMANIAC! You can customize your own style to the videos with whatever your mind comes up with and make viewers say, "Wow, the person who edited this video did a good job!" This is how you can get more customers to want more of your business.

    • @PDU_Tutorials
      @PDU_Tutorials  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You’re welcome Rhonda. If you want the video to be on top you need to place the video on a lower track than the image. Then you need to use the PIP Designer to make the video smaller and move it to the position on the screen where you want it to be. th-cam.com/video/iq1HsYuGbhg/w-d-xo.html

    Hello, I hope you can help me since you're the expert on PD. This question is about PD mobile. On my iPad Pro, I can't split a clip on the timeline shorter than 1/10th of a second. However, on the Android PD app I can split a clip much shorter than 1/10th of a second. I have a paid subscription to both IOS and the Android version. I really need to be able to split clips on the iPad Pro shorter than 1/10th of a second. Any work around for this that you know of?

    Hello! I just started doing video editing a few days ago. I've started transferring personal home videos from VHS to PC for keepsakes. My band played a whole show and I downloaded it. I was able to edit (place name titles at each song) and then produce that whole show. Now, I'm trying to snip down each song to be able to upload EACH song out of that show. I tried my first one, but I obviously didn't trim or cut something properly. The video plays fine (it's about 3 minutes long), but then there's just black after my fade out for like another hour and a half. It's like the production still sees something there. I hope this makes sense. Can I still go back and re-trim/cut etc.? I bring up the whole show, grab the portion I want. Drag that portion down to the #2 row below the original video. Then I delete the whole show line. Then add my fade ins/outs. Then (save project as). I hope this is still salvageable! Am I doing the (save project as) method wrong? Thanks for any insight you can provide!

    • @PDU_Tutorials
      @PDU_Tutorials  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is a frame at the end that you didn't delete. Stretch your timeline all the way out so you can see each frame of video. Left click an empty track in the timeline. Hit the END key on your keyboard. You'll see a frame of video at the end by itself. Delete that frame. Hit the END key again to make sure there are no other stranded frames.

    • @raserex
      @raserex ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@PDU_Tutorials Thanks so much for the lightening fast response! This absolutely was it! They were little snippits of frames throughout that I missed because they were so little. The key was also looking at the length of the video in the preview window. It went from 2 hours + all the way down to a 4 minute video. I can't thank you enough! PDU saved the day!

    • @PDU_Tutorials

      If you hear a pop when you trim or split clips then you need to adjust the audio where the split is. You can either use volume keyframes to remove the pop or you can add an audio transition to the clip to remove the pop
