Hi I’m am mum of three similar age to you. I started these after my second (8 years ago!) and they cured my post partum depression… my third child is only 2 but I reckon my pregnancy birth and recovery were the best of any child and I believe it is doing these spin classes :-). Keep going! :-)

Completed a "Leg Burner" last Sunday followed by the 35 Minute Tabata session on Tuesday. Planning to ride on the indoor bike using your excellent sessions is one of the few highlights we have in these difficult times. Thanks Paul
Just recovering from the 35 min tabata session having now completed the 45 min leg burner, 30 min fat burner and 25 min HIIT sessions since the New Year. I need motivating in these difficult times and Paul you provide exactly what is needed. Thanks again Paul.

Excellent new 35 minute class today Paul. I maxed out with a HR at 97% of max and and average at 90%. The Tabata's (particularly the final set) were very testing and to be honest I struggled on a couple of the last sets of 8 but kept going to the end and Wow what a session. This gets better and better. Thanks Paul.
