Hi Brandon, our indoor cycling sessions really don’t focus on arms - sorry. I am sure there are other workouts out there which do incorporate more arms in the workout. I hope you enjoy our channel
Daniel, position 2 for me is a more comfortable and solid position compared to position 1. I really only use position 1 for warm up and cool down. Position 2 - It’s like riding a mountain bike outside or the hoods of a road bike.
Quick question for anyone who’s more experienced with cycling: He says to drive with the hamstrings/glutes, but I’m definitely feeling it more in my quads… is my seat too far back? (Also I’m 6’6” so that might be the issue over anything wrong with the spin bike setup). Thanks to anyone who can help!
This one is perfect for mimicking a tempo run but lower impact. Hit the rpm, be honest with the intensity and do it a couple times in a row. Destroyed!
