I wake up at 2-3am every morning and I absolutely cannot go back to sleep. I'd stay awake until 5 or 6 am and sometimes I have to start work at 8 am. 😩 It's been hard and I really need help. My ob recommended benadryl and melatonin. It hasn't helped. Pls help share what else have helped u ladies. Ty
Girl I’m pregnant with my 2nd now and this is me every night and I’m only 14 weeks 😩 I’m hoping you get some rest soon but this is what happened with my 1st from like 22 weeks onward. The Calm Magnesium drink helped and de-stressing before bed like I show in the video. A lot of women go through this and it is an old wives tale that is it is just preparing you for when baby comes 🫠😖 lol
Hi I'm 16 weeks pregnant now and on Monday I'm going to be 17 weeks (5 months). What helped me a lot is taking Natural Calm magnesium powder supplement. Please check on your OB if she will allow you to take this.
@@SamanthaBenavides i followed a strict sleep schedule 2 months before getting pregnant. I slept at 9 pm and woke around 5 am. But now i wake up at 2 or 3 and cant go back to sleep its exhausting nd makes nausea worst.. looking for safer optiond
@@nosheenqureshi5021 yes girl I completely understand. I was there not too long ago. The heart burn for me and restless leg syndrome was HORRIBLE. I talked with my OB about melatonin bc I was afraid it could maybe harm baby but she actually recommended it to all her patients! So I felt good taking it. It wasn’t the cure all but it did help. I guess the sleeplessness is just preparing us for the newborn stage 🤷♀️😂
@@SamanthaBenavides true 😅 i too have heartburn and rls.. if i may ask at which time did u take melotonin? They say u should take it at 5 if u wanto sleep at 9
@@nosheenqureshi5021 praying for you!!! I took mine around 7:30 with magnesium powder and that seemed to be the most effective with some sleepy tea too
