One thing to note when using tinctures is to look at the label and make sure there's no alcohol. Since alcohol is used to make a lot of tinctures.

LOVE these suggestions! I recommend natural calm to all of my clients and use herbs a lot, but don't know much about skull cap (sp?). I may have to start mentioning this!

I took magnesium last night and slept great, but woke up lethargic and had a bit of a headache. I'm taking a prenatal that has the daily value of vitamin d, is it okay to take more vitamin d?

Hey Thank you for you insightful tips! What if after sleeping you still feel very tired and can’t get up? I’ve been feeling extra tired and Im not taking prenatal vitamins this time on my second baby. Do you recommend prenatal vitamins beside magnesium?

I'm taking magnesium glycinate but still it doesn't help me. Plus it says on the back it's not for pregnant and lactating so I'm confused. How about magnesium spray?

I personally love valerian bc it really calms me down and makes me sleep really deep :)
How much magnesium should a pregnant woman take for better sleep? And does it work fast or does it need like one week or two to show its effect?

Should work 30 min after taking it. Natural Calm has a scoop inside of it and the dose on the bottle. Try it for a few days and if it doesn’t work well the next day take some AM and PM

Is the one in the link a high dosage, or should I use 20-30 drops like it’s recommended?

I’m confused. Why would the skullcap be recommended for pregnant women if it contains alcohol? Am I missing something?
Also, how much magnesium should be taken per night for insomnia? I wonder if this will help me because I have no issues falling asleep but do have a very hard time staying asleep certain nights.

It's a very small amount of alcohol. One must weigh the benefits vs risks to determine if it's right for them.

I’m not sure where you live, but where I live, most husbands would change the temperature for their pregnant wife
