    Thanks for the reply on the bunk beds. will start out with "modular" concept, cots, alum tables. KISS concept.

      Ask as
      Many question needed np.2x6 rail is attached to 2x4 frame. 2x2's were used for cross slats with 1/4" luan plywood on top. W/ 4" foam mattress. God bless, Happy camping...

      This is our 2nd one. We went smaller and are thinking hammocks! The first one had everything was cumbersome and heavy....but we lived in it for 5 months while we shopped for our home.

    Well done on the video and concise presentation of it all. All of the small mod placements such as battery lighting in key areas and shower curtain sun shades really make a huge difference to the experience. Very cool and fun way to spend time camping and traveling. SEEZELIFE!

    Nice looking rig. I like how you kept it simple, but very functional. The 10x10 tent really expands your living area,

      Thanks Mike. Its been great to just grab some food, throw it the cooler then hookup and go. We are loving the simplicity of a fully equipped rig. Its all there....its made for an "all inclusive camping experience" God bless ya, happy camping!

    Nice Job.... I am in the process of converting an 8x16 v-nose cargo trailer into an RV and Mobile Sign Shop. I am just starting the walls and cabinets construction. I just sold a 15-passenger shuttle bus that I lived in for 3 years and traveled out west during the winters. I had to sell the shuttle bus because I purchased a large format color printer to make contour cut decals/stickers, koozies, t-shirts, magnetics, banners, mousepads, etc. The large format color printer would have taken up a lot of storage space so I needed to get something bigger. I did a complete conversion series on the shuttle bus from the ground up and now am doing a new series on the cargo trailer conversion. They are on my YT channel.

    Awesome job on following the kiss principle. I like your bunk beds and the night stands. I am leaning towards a cargo trailer conversion. And definitely want simple. I plan on getting the basics and setting off. Adding as I go. Awesome video. Keep em coming

    Very nice build! One thing I can’t get my head around is why choose to have the kitchen outside when it’s not necessary? Why go out in the wind, rain, dark, bugs, etc to make a cup of coffee? I just need to understand why this option appeals to people. You could have the kitchen inside and still cook outside on a table if you wanted. No?

      How many more temperate environment and I'm not really going camping in the weather how to build a kitchen similar to this and I really do not like the smell of cooking in such a small space it works for me I also have an awning on the back and my door is also out of the back

      For the same reason you dont cook in your bedroom. In the past 5 yrs we have never gotten rained on while camping. We primarily camp from Oct to May while its still cool down south. Thanks for the question.. God bless..

    Great video and great plan! We are cargo campers as well (same size) and also follow the KISS method: no running water or fancy extras or solar because we too gravitate toward our state parks. But now I want your kitchen set up 😉

      @OasisOfPlaces  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ms Thompson, my camper has everything you need for a fun camping experience. We just load up our food in the cooler and thats it. Nothing ever to load up or unload. I hope to do a video showing more of the simple ideas we incorporated. We love living the simple life..Seezelife...

      The awning was purchased thru Walmart. Just type in retractable awning and it should appear. I paid around $125.00 Its 8'x10' Hope this helps.. God bless...

      Four legs with a square frame
      for both top and bottom. Its no different than a regular bunk bed. Except on e i built the frame then it was screwed to the walls so it would not be able to mive around. Makes it very sturdy. The inside is ten feet long x 6 ft high and wide. The

    Nice camper conversion. Did you do the insulation or order it with the trailer? I have seen some companies that have that option. I’ve wondered if the insulation the manufacturers do is adequate, lol.

    • @OasisOfPlaces
      @OasisOfPlaces  ปีที่แล้ว

      I did it myself. It was very simple. I removed panels since all were screwed on. Then used 1 inch foam board for the insulation. Then placed the side panels back in same position. You can do it- its easy..👍

    I don’t see how you can spend “99 percent “ of your time outdoors. I mean, sleeping is about 30 percent just for that.

      Sorry about low volume. Im not any good at this. Im old school. My kids encouraged me to do this. I Give God credit for the true blessing of being able to camp out often..His creation is much to see and give thanks for...God bless
