Best camera work EVER!
I’ve been stressing about doing this job since my mount went out. To hear a positive “walk in the park” at the beginning of the video was a life changer.
Great video!!! I have a 2018 Suburban and I’ve been sweating it. This video reassured me and gave me confidence. Great job Brother!!!!
Thank you!
Glad I decided to look at more videos because if I had bought the parts and had to exchange parts I would have not known and thought I got the wrong parts 🙃
I've watched quite a few videos and this one is the best by far! I appreciate you taking the time to do this.
Clear instructions and great camera work .

11:11 When she asks where I learned how to do that thing she likes
Do you have any special tool suggestions to remove the top middle bolt? The top broke off
Could you give me the length of the piece of wood you used from the jack to the oil pan?
Do you know what size the long bolt is for an 04 escalade 6.0 awd? I'm replacing mount and bolt was gone
So everything he said and the tools he used are not normal... I appreciate the tips but it's not what I went through today... I have a 2015 Tahoe PPV 5.3... with basic tools not pneumatic or battery powered... 4 hours of hell... The front end has to be lifted otherwise you can't fit underneath... I used three jack stands from harbor freight.. once I got the truck up enough where I could fit underneath and I am not big at all.. I use the jack to prop up the engine in front of the oil pan after removing the skid plates... Getting to the bolt heads is a bitch... You have to try multiple extension lengths and wobble heads For each engine bolt head... The 3 on top weren't too bad... 15 mm.... I had to remove the exhaust shroud... Three 10mm bolts ... The one closest to the firewall snapped...we don't need that... Getting it out was a not fun... Getting the other one in was the most fun I've ever had with a piece of rubber n metal...no wonder the dealer charges $500 just for labor... But never give up just do it... You will persevere...chock all tires in front n behind... Emergency brake set if yours works... $49.00 3 ton jack stands for safety... Good luck 🎉
Why are all the videos covering just the driver side?
15 minutes??? it took me 10 hours for both sides 😓
Have you replaced the mount on the passenger side its a true pain in the ass
Yes I have. Especially the awd
Takes about 2 hours not 15 minutes lol
