Amazing, my first home-made flatbread, thanks for this video !! I dispute the proclamation "Bread in 10 minutes!" though, that's just the initial dough resting time, more like bread in over an hour for me. I tried with whole wheat dough but found I needed to add a lot more flour to the dough as it was more like a batter (I added white flour, maybe more than 1/2 cup more). Also the whole wheat probably made the dough tougher to roll, sore hands after but it was worth it, these breads are really nice !
Usually Indians make these flatbreads with whole wheat flour, but I don't like it, sometimes I mix whole wheat flour with all purpose flour 50% to 50%, so the flatbreads are tastier! 😊
I also had to add lots more flour than recipe called for and it was still very sticky when kneading. I also let dough rest for an hour instead of 10 mins.

What do you think if I put some milk in to the dough?
I can make my own flatbread pizza without ordering from pizzeria! Fun to make! Taking good concentration!
Thank you, I haven’t ordered anything with home delivery for a long time, homemade food always tastes better! 😀
@@FastEasyRecipes I can never seem to reproduce what Chef Boyardee puts in that can. It must be magic. lol

Nice. Threw me with the "brush with oil" instruction. It looked like egg wash and then I remembered you had melted the butter earlier. Look good, gonna try them 👌👍If the cat likes it, that's good enough for me 🤗

Hey , what type of flour did you use ?
Thanks for the vid
Hey, it's best to use all-purpose wheat flour! Or any other finely ground flour, but don't use whole wheat flour - it won't work! 🤩
This looks great! quick and easy - thanks for sharing :)
Too much butter, its better to use yeast.

This looks amazing! I have a question- do you ever keep dough ready and on hand so that you can just go straight to putting it on the pan? If so- how do you store it, and for how long?
I'd like to know the same. I won't eat 14 flat breads. I could half it and make 7, but do they store, can you freeze?
@@angiehaddington6462 I haven’t made them yet … but have bought frozen roti - they were raw and had freezer paper between each. But I think they might freeze well after cooking also.
Yes, you are right! You can store the dough during 3 days in the fridge and 1 month in the freezer. 🙂
The secret for crispy and layered bread is to let the dough rest for at least half an hour before working with it.
@@tusmoaadil1825 how about one day ? In the fridge ?
I always though that making bread was so hard but is so easy. Thank you!
