@@meghamurali6893 Now I see that too. Hm! Strange! Yesterday I could swear that I saw 9 years. This is precisely why I was impressed. You don't get too many videos that old on YT. And if they are, they show cats and teenagers on their blury laptop camera. I have a good sight. I simply don't know why I saw a different number. Maybe I missmatched things due to my insomnia. It was late at night when I saw the video...
Same here but I have used oils on my lashes since 15. I started with an olive oil and then a coconut oil and now I use a castor oil. Not only my lashes are longer but also stronger so I know that it’s okay to dye them with Refectocil (3) as I dye my eyebrows. It is really good habit and I don’t use like all the time. I often do like a month therapy and I do it twice a year. And I aslo wear contact lenses and I am totally fine.
Honey, you are definitely to the point and should not take those people's criticisms so personally. People can be very judgmental out of egotistical ignorance. I hope you don't feel the need to apologize in your next videos. :) Thank you for the honest review and I'm gonna start applying castor oil on my lashes to see what happens! I definitely see a difference in your lashes, even if slight. The fact that less of your lashes fall out when handled is convincing enough for me already.
I have been using it for just a week and a half and my eyelashes have grown! i don't know why people are saying that you can't see results before a month because I certainly did!
Amy Issa I'm glad you did but I didn't. Maybe I'm unlucky, but I do see slight growth on my brows. I've been using organic cold pressed castor oil on my lashes & brows for 3 months and I'm going to continue to use it because some people say it takes a while. With my lashes I'm not really concerned with the length. I'm trying to grow more lashes for thickness, and I don't know if castor oil can help with that but I guess time will tell. 😊
Castor oil DEFINITELY works! I I use it on my face & massage it lightly into my lashes 2 or 3 times a week, & I have much nicer lashes than when I was a teenager...& I am 60! Also MY MOTHER...who is EIGHTY, does so everyday & also rubs whats left lightly into her scalp. Her hair is so improved, I noticed in a picture that was just taken a few days ago. She told me even her hairdresser remarked about it! & she showed me her eyelashes, oh my they really WERE great! ; )
mashadasha It is good for your skin! Has a lot of vitamins including vitamin e which is good for fading acne scars, discoloration or dark marks. I find it a little thick for skin but maybe once in a while as a treatment I would use it
It has been a year since you commented here.. I would like to know if you still use castor oil on your eyelashes ? ...and if your eyelashes are thicker or longer than they were last year ?. What about eyebrows have you ever used it on your eyebrows or do you know anyone who has to make them grow back in ?
@@cannotthinkofoneatth What is your point? She said most, not all. India isn't "most" either. And actually, there are many Indian youtubers I watch because they discuss these issues. Piss off.
Girl dont apologize for being informative, if people wanna complain let them. They're impatient af, I loved your video. It was very helpful! This is your channel do want you want
my eyelash grew after about a week so i really just think it depends from each person some people see results faster than others depending how ones body takes to different things
I've been using a mix of Jamican Black Castor Oil, coconut oil and olive oil and I definitely see a difference in length, volume and condition of my lashes. So she's right, it does work but it takes at least 3 months to see the full affect but I saw changes within a month. Also I don't see it as much until I use mascara and then I REALLY see the growth! I took before, during and after pictures. I wish I had taken them with mascara on too though but never thought to do that! And I used this on my brows too. I had years of over plucking and no growth back. No matter how long I went I only grew hair where I didn't want. Now my brows are growing back where I want them to so it does work for brows too.
I’m so glad to see a fellow Asian with the same hair density as me. I’m tired of seeing people who have more hair density do this with dramatic results(by I’m so jealous of them😭). Thank you for the informative video!
Castor oil is powerful. Do not use it everyday, it's just not necessary... What it does is helping your hair stay strong and thats all. By staying strong your hair will eventually get thicker and healthier
Do you know for what people mostly use castor oil? You can find it here in Germany in form of capsules, and it's mainly used for stomachal disorders :) And for hair growth. In the beginning, the weaker hairs will simply fall, don't worry it's utterly normal, they will grow back with full potential. Another thing: castor oil doesn't prevent hair loss, it just makes the capillary strong and as a result, your hair will definitely fall less :)
I apply castor oil in my eyebrows every night with a small brush. Always before go to bed. I started like 3 months ago and honestly I do have more hair (and more black) in my eyebrows. Even my mom noticed it. It's really good!!!
i started using castor oil 3 days ago cuz i have to grow d missing lashes that were pulled out by a freind 11 years back. Guess who's eyelashes are growing back?
frank7 yah, but superbly thin. barely visible unless u press ur face against the mirror lol. idk maybe it depens on the brand. I'm using castor oil by bare btw.
Scher Know you do know after 6 weeks all your lashes fall out and the new ones are there right😂 do the eyelashes that were pulled out already came back before the oil
Hi Sarah! Try applying the castor oil with a fine eyeliner brush. You can buy them at your local craft store (Michael's) if you don't have one. Just dip the tip into the castor oil and brush it along the top of your lashes just like you would eyeliner. Just make sure the oil comes in contact with the roots of your lashes. If you happen to get too much on, you can dab it off with a Q-tip. You don't need to go underneath because you don't want the oil to get into your eyes. For best results, you need to apply it every night, especially in the beginning. After a few months, you could try using it every other night and see how it goes. Individual results will vary. I still think it's best to apply it every night!!
I am filipina and I started using this castor oil method for my lashes and I noticed after 2-3 months my lashes seems thicker but not growing...My work-colleague romanian told me that it'll take years to grow...She shown me her old photo of her with very short lashes and I could tell how dramatically grows her lashes now....She advised me to used cotton bud and dip on the castor oil and applied on the top of the root lashes so it will curl...
I see a difference in my eyelashes within a week. 😊 I only use it at night and wear makeup during the day. And when I apply it I use a mascara brush but don't worry about getting the roots, cos it gets in there anyway 5 min later...
I use castor oil 2/3 times a week on my lashes. I could see difference in a month and my lashes are long af. I also have more hairs. When i curl my lashes it looks like i had a lash lift or lash extensions. I’m in loveeee with my lashes!
I had a REALLY BAD experience with castor oil. I was trynna grow my eyelashes and i would apply Black jamaican castor oil to my roots every night, the third time i applied, i woke up with inflamated eyes. My top lids were super inflamated and hurt so so so bad. Almost all of my eyelashes fell off. I stopped using it and my inflamated eyes weren't gone till a whole month later. I don't know what happened but my doctor told me that something happened to the sebaceous glands of my eyelashes. Definitely not using again. Beware ....
Wow yes it sounds like that is what happened either that or they gave her a product that wasn't genuinely castor oil and had something else in it... could you please tell us what brand it was that you had ? This is really creeping me out now
I feel like this happened to me now to my left eye... bf just brought it up... I didn't think so since its all natural ... my left eye been swollen and the bottom twitching and only when I started using it more on the eye maybe to much...
Definitely sounds like an allergic reaction. Always apply a new substance to a different part of your body, such as your arm, to test for allergies before using it as was intended.
im using pure castor oil for many months. The result, i have thick and black eyelashes (upper and bottom), more hair are growing, but they are not very long. :(
@@milkiwiii8351 yes, you do. Castor oil is too heavy, it needs what we call a carrier oil - a lighter one to dilute it. You can use olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, etc (just google carrier oils and chose the one you like best). You won't lose the benefits of the castor oil, on the contrary, this will help you benefit 100% from them, and you'll have the added benefits of the carrier oil. It's also good because it makes the oil easier to apply and you won't spend as much castor oil. A bottle that before would last you 10 uses will now last you 30.
@@eduardaarrais so, does it mean, it's helpful to make the lashes gro thicker (more hair) but not longer? How's your experience? And thank you for the tips ablut carrier oil 🙏
For me, castor oil works great! I use it with a Q tip on my Eyebrows and My Lashes and they are devnetly fuller now. I used to overplug my brows and this really helped me to get them fuller again (although they still need to get fuller^^) and my lashes were never that long. I think castor oil mainly prevents your lashes from falling out.... i don't know if it really makes them grow faster. I apply it almost everyday at the moment:) Your honesty is great. Because there are so many people saying that it makes your lashes grow as f*** but it needs Time and it won't make almost none existing lashes into the fullest and longest lashes that look like falsies...
Just an FYI, you can buy refills for the cushion part of the eyelash curler! It's a lot cheaper than buying a whole new curler every time. And you don't need to have a very expensive one either, my tweezerman curler has refills and I know I've seen drugstore ones as well. Hopefully the curler you've purchased sells refills!
I been using black Jamaican castor oil for about a month now, ive heard it is more effective, i have longer eyelashes than average naturally and so after i started using it i already see results, they've actually grown, not dramatically but enough to where i can see a difference, Im excited to see what happens as i keep using it, my eyelashes growing even in the slightest bit makes me happy, so i love it.
Castor oil is work for me.may be my castor oil is pure and good.i had very small eye lashes but now It's big.i don’t use mascara.but many people noticed my lashes are great.even some women looking my eyes in the bus! i am not lying.it’s just work for me in 1 month.i still use this oil and fall in love with it.believe it or not you have to use this oil from a good company.
You are good at what you do. Nobody is forced to watch anybody's videos. Do it your own way. Long, short, it's your uniqueness that makes your videos, "your videos." If someone doesn't like it they always can move along. I certainly enjoyed knowing the result. I agree there is more lash length now and they may get even longer if you continue. There are a few jealous types out there with short and with long eyelashes. Don't let them have any power over what you do. You are a good person.
You sound like you've done your research and deliver your message beautifully. Stop apologizing for yourself! You don't owe anyone anything. Thanks for sharing.
I've decided to ditch mascara all together. I've found that I look better without it. So I'm thinking about using castor oil to make my lashes just a little bit better than they are already... I hope it works.
guys i put castor oil on my eyelashes for just over a month and i had a few people actually comment on them telling me they seemed thicker and healthier. other people seemed to notice the change more than me lol. i mixed my castor oil with some sweet almond oil and applied it with a brush.
I’ve been using castor oil on my lashes daily for almost 3 months now and hardly see a difference. And yes I apply it to my roots. I’ve come to believe that it repairs lashes that have been damaged rather than grow them out for just anyone bc I hate mascara and only curled my eyelashes so I barely lost any eyelashes. Maybe it’s the castor oil I’m using, so I will be trying out a new one soon.
I put castor oil on day and night, yes I use masscara with no issue ..my lashes became thick and black in 3months, I rarely lose lashes now I used it everyday and continue to. It's very easy to add this to.the beauty routine takes about 5 seconds if your time.
You inspired me to give it a try...and it IS working!! After 3 weeks of faithfully applying a generic brand of Castor Oil I picked up at Walmart, it was very noticeable that my eyelashes had completely stopped falling out! This alone was HUGE because when I hit my 50's....my eyelashes would just drop out so easily when I even slightly pulled on them to get mascara off. Anyhow, I have not lost 1 eyelash in at least a week. What I do is; every night before bed I use a Qtip, dip in the castor oil and wipe a bit off in the bottle, then coat the roots of my eyelashes and do my eyebrows. Obviously being in my 50's means I was from the "brow plucking revolution" and have very sparse brows. Now I have noticed that they are not as wild, are very soft...I haven't noticed growth yet but will keep trying for at least 3 - 6 months. READ THIS: I was very concerned about the oil getting in my eyes and at first it was just a strange sensation like a film sort of but it doesn't stay on your eyeball & mix with 'water' so is gone very quickly. Also I felt ZERO sensation of any kind ... like it wasn't there. Just do it right before bed so you won't even notice it as you fall asleep. No more 'cat crap" in the corner of my eyes in the morning...just soft and nourished feeling skin. Also, my eyelashes appear to have grown longer...I'm pretty sure but I think results will take 3 - 6 months. It's safe ladies! It makes your eyebrows feel great and does no harm at all.
Ive been using rose hip oil on my face for about 1 month now i would put it on my eyebrows under my eyes and all over my face. Rose hip oil is liquid gold i can see my fine lines under my eye getting better my eyebrows are thicker and dark spots from acne are fading also its helped alot with dark circles under my eyes mine are hereditary but they not as bad anymore. I will keep using it to see what happens to the fine lines under my eyes
I subscribe for your honesty, I've been using castor oik for my lashes for a month and it grow a little bit but nothing crazy like other TH-camrs claim
Thank you so much. I just received my castor oil that I was adding to my Amla and coconut mixture for my hair when I came across your video on lashes. I have heard good things about the benefits of it on hair. After your first month, I was wondering if the castor oil was making them stronger and you answered it just now. I am checking your channel to see if you have any recommendations on natural shampoos. I am glad to see the younger generation of women using more natural products that are less processed and with less chemicals in them. I am an older woman who is really trying to go natural on everything, but there is so much information to weed through. Keep spreading the word about products you find. You are a personable, intelligent and lovely lady who makes great concise and informative videos, so don't apologize for doing a good job. Some videos are not edited or have loud music and give little information. Thank you and stay well.
Can you please tell me what kind of luck you've had with the castor oil on the eyelashes... what about eyebrows ? .. I have amla powder here but I didn't want to have to mix it with oil because I don't want to have to deal with Messy oil on my hair... do you think it will help darken my hair if I add boiling water to it make a paste and put it in my hair for an hour or two ?
I started about 5 weeks ago and definately noticed changes. The lashes on my hleft eye were thinner and shorter than the right. Also I had bare spots in the lash line. After 5 weeks the bald spots have filled in and do appear a bit longer. Not the huge improvement that some promised, but I know natural methods take awhile so I'm happy. Will continue on. Also saw tutorial by Jessica Pettyway using lash primer and 3 mascaras. It gives you incredible lashes but may not be for everyone.
I loved how honest this review was :) I've never tried the castor oil because I felt that there wouldn't be much of a difference after the application. Hearing your review was very helpful though and I'm definitely open to trying it a few times a week since it seems like an easy thing to do and can slightly affect the length of the lashes. Where did you buy your oil?
Thank you for your kind comment! :) I purchased my castor oil from well.ca where I buy quite a bit of stuff. If you're a first time buyer and looking to purchase on there you can use this code :"greenbeauty10" for $10 off of a $40 order. The brand that I used is Heritage Store. Just make sure that it's 100% Pure, cold-pressed castor oil!
pinkeeluvr castor oil really works, I barely had any lashes, now I have nice long lashes. I apply every night. And wash my my face gently in the shower in the morning. Castor oil is actually not bad for eye, quite the opposite, although if you get it in your eye it will cause blur. That's why recommend doing it every night, fully saturating all your lashes.
It depends on your hair growth my lashes grew up so fastly just in 6 days and my hair also grown so much fastly even 2 to 3 inch in 4 months it also depends on your diet if you r taking pure milk butter and healthy food it will make your hair growth much faster then castor oil will work other wise it won't
My friend had short lashes and she used castor oil every night religiously and in three months they grew pretty well, she also mixed it with coconut oil. I've used it in the past and it even out my lashes and made them thicker but i didnt do everyday also, but im back at it again.
Also I've been using vaseline for about 3 months and have notice pretty good results like my eyelashes are longer and thicker but recently I have been using extra virgin olive oil for about 2 weeks now and I've noticed even better growth but I will continue to do this, I need to get Castor oil but im not able to right now Also everyone's different some people would notice really good results in a month and others notice ok results in 3 months for me I've noticed pretty great results in 3 months
I had 2 little cysts growing on my upper eye lids. Had them for at least a year. Used castor oil every day for a few weeks. Just slathered it in. Somehow those things just disappeared. I couldn't believe it. So I highly recommend it and I know it has many purposes.
Olive oil is proven to really actually GROW eyelashes while Castor oil simply moisturizes and nourishes them; it isn’t scientifically proven to grow eyelashes. Vaseline conditions your eyelashes which makes them fuller and thicker so that could help, too.
Omgosh, you are so sweet, I've just stumbled upon your video (doing a little eyelash search since I started revitalash in March and wake up with sanded-eyes) so this was an awesome honest video. Don't have any clue why you're apologizing in this video, but you shouldn't feel pressed to speak on things you don't want to talk about 😉 you do you and I bet ya we're all happy with your honest and positive vibing energy 🙌
I've been using castor oil for more than a year and here are my opinions: Is castor oil effective in growing your lashes? -YES it is effective. I've seen improvements after about 2 months but it's minor. It thickened my lashes and made it healthy When do I use castor oil - I use it EVERY night I don't use it in the day but sometimes I forget to put castor oil every now and then Does it work in other parts other than lashes? -YES it does. I saw a HUGE difference in my eyebrows. When I was in Grade8(Im in g10 now) I have little to no eyebrows but now I just have to fill them up and it now has a shape - I also saw that my lower lashes are longer and fuller I stopped using castor oil for almost a year and I started using it now and I can say that it really helps in growing your lashes and eyebrows. You just need to be committed and consistent. My lashes are now thick and healthy than before and my eyebrows have improved :)
it worked for me. my lashes are thicker and longer. the result also differs person to person. btw the reason why you do it at night is that the sunlight make the oil less potent. most castor oil bottles have UV protection coated on them.
I'm concentrating this product on the outer edge of my upper lashes (hoping for longer, fuller top lash ends..like falsies look). And on my all lower lashes. I'm also doing my brows. Because it's oily, I'm super hesitant to put it in my hair (I could definitely benefit from thicker & fuller hair) .
If you use it religiously it will leave you with a tremendous change and you won't need to wear mascara. I wear it every night, I apply it on the roots with my pinky and it's been 2 weeks and my lashes have grown and they're now curling.
Started using it about a little over a month ago but for my head. My hair was thinning and I have a receding hair line on the right side. It works great. My hair is thicker and stringer and my hair is growing back dramatically. I put it on at night b4 bed and wrap my head in a hot towel.
I use Castor Oil every night. I use a mascara wand to apply it to my brows and my eyelashes. It took three weeks to notice the change. My brows are great looking. What would have taken three years for my brows to grow out as desired, it happened faster with the Castor oil. It has been 5 months since I started using the oil and I go every four weeks to get waxed. I do not touch my own brows. Never! I stopped wearing fake lashes and I do not use an eye lash curler. No need for it. Castor oil is the best. It works!
I use the castor oil in a bottle and use a qtip and put it ontop of the lash line, I do not put it under - but the castor oil I use on my aging skin and it took away all my fine lines and my face looks better than ever before! I am hoping it works as well on my eyelashes as my whole face
I did it for 2-3 alternate days and I'm seeing great results! My lashes definitely grew longer, not like crazy long though, maybe just 1-2 mm actually😂 But I wasn't expecting anything at first because I thought this would be just another hack that doesn't work, so it's quite surprising to see that my short and droopy asian lashes grow a little bit longer.
Hibiki I had the same experience except for I applied it with a q tip religiously every night and my eyelashes are definitely longer. How do I know? I had short and straight Asian lashes and my eyelashes are easier to curl and look better when curled and they need to be a certain length to be curled and look decent.
Listen to Olive...she’s right. Your video gave me some insight as I am applying castor oil my aging lashes too. Thanks for the tutorial...I think you did a great job!
Yes! Castor oil is really effective! I can see difference on my lashes after 1 month especially on my bottom lashes. I put it on my lashes every night. I suggest you guys mix 80% castor oil 20% virgin coconut oil and 3 pcs Vitamin E soft gels , cause it really works 100% you can see the results in just a month! I'm an asian and most asian usually have short straight lashes and when I tried it after a month my lashes grew longer and thicker than a month before. :) i hope this can help
Who cares about peoples complaints this is your channel do what you want. People will find something to complain about no matter what, don't worry about it
I think you did a really good job just sharing your experience. In mine, I used to have Pamela Anderson brows because I overplucked and they stopped growing back as I got older. I have been using castor oil for years for it's health benefits for years but starting using on my brows more consistently recently and i almost have full brows again. It will make your lashes fuller and longer but should be more consitent and will take longer than 3 months for fine hair
I used castor oil & got good results but hated the goo and it migrated into my eyes too. I bought grande lash (HSN had a TS the grande lash grower & mascara duo for $45 on auto ship) I noticed a difference in about a week but after 6 weeks my lashes were nearly touching my eyebrows. Now people regularly stop me & ask how I get my fake lashes to look so real :). My lashes haven't been this long since my 30s
thank you so much for the review!! i feel like many other youtubers just want the views so they say that "it definitely works in just 7 days!" would you be able to do a 6 month update using it as routinely as you did (i.e. 4 days a week)?
No Name I. Judith I have been using Jamaican caster oil for a month no change but the oil makes my lids itch. I try Very hard not to get it on the lid only on the root . Help how do I stop the itch?
I used olive oil for a year (or more)for my lashes. My sister told me it has some benefits so I used it. (I didn’t really care about it but my lashes grow longer but I’m not sure if they got more). That was for 3 years ago and now sometimes when I see my lashes fallen I would use olive oil at night and in the morning I see some differences they look more and black.
Honey u are not annoying. Keep up with the videos. They’ve helped me a lot. My lashes are just like yours. I will do it several times a week for 3 months or more until I see some results. Thanks for sharing and caring.
It helps a lot better if you apply it every night directly to the lash line, if you keep up with it religiously for about two to three monthsthen you should start seeing noticeable results, but with this method you have to be dedicated otherwise it'll not work as well as it should if you continuously skip days. Also I advise Jamaican black castor oil. It usual works a lot better than regular castor oil for most people who don't see much of a change with regular castor oil.
I'm about a week ahead of you and I'm starting to see results. What's strange is that the lower lashes are growing faster than the top. I'm a little older so I'm going to be patient because if its working on my lower lashes I'm going to keep it up. Most people say it takes 2 to 3 months so we'll see. I'll wish you luck and maybe you wish me luck!!! 😊
megan s you have to be extremely patient when using castor oil lmao, some people don’t even see a difference within 2 months. you have to be very consistent
Oh my goodness, I love you haha so cute. This video was helpful, since I am currently doing the castor oil routine as well (about 1.5 months in), and sort of assumed that it wasn't going to be a super dramatic change based off my results so far and in comparison to other lash serums I have seen other women use. I would definitely agree with you that there are some results - longer and stronger - and that they aren't super impressive, in terms of what I was hoping for. On another note, good for you for keeping it real! Whatever group of people that are getting annoyed with thourough videos are just impatient. I think you communicate your points/message well and don't miss out on mentioning the pros and the cons honestly. Thank you for posting!
You can use a mascara brush if you learn how to curl it down to your roots which I can do but if you prefer to do the Q-tip that's perfectly fine but I would add one thing and that would be 2 capsules of vitamin E. You can get it at Walmart for about $4 I think and the vitamin E will work with the castor oil and help your lashes grow a little quicker and because vitamin E is for hair obviously you can use it on your lashes you can use it also on your eyebrows which some people are doing and even in your hair. So try adding two capsules of vitamin E to your mascara tube
Thanks, I feel like your video is more honest than most about this topic. It sucks that you feel like you have to apologize so much, people should understand that you have a life outside of TH-cam.
Your lashes did grow, from looking at the first month photo compared to the third month photo. I recently got eyelash extensions, and was thinking what to do once they fall out and use a natural remedy for longer, thicker natural lashes.
Thank you. I noticed in your picture comparison that you can measure your eye lash length by looking at the creases in your eye lids and where your eye lashes are in the before and after. There is definitely a difference. Caster oil is supposed to have all kinds of wonderful medicinal effects. It's very good for you. I plan to begin using it on my hair, eye ladhes and eye brows as soon as my order of caster oil comes in the mail. You've gotten me very hopeful. Great video!
My lashes used to fall 2 -3 a day but after applying castor oil I noticed that my lashes doesn't fall and castor oil also strengthen my lashes, it's been only 2 weeks I have been applying
I think the main reason you aren’t seeing a big difference is because you only use a q tip to put the oil on. I tried this and got results overnight by rubbing the oil on my eyes as if they had an itch and made sure the roots got the oil on them. 😊🥰
Hey you should try and this is just my opinion but you should use a mixture of ingredients like I would suggest olive oil coconut oil vaseline etc. Just to get more growth its better to use a mixture
My input..I only use it at night, and on my brows as well. I like to use it in the evening as it is also touted to be beneficial in the prevention of cataracts (holistic approach obviously). I extend my nightly application with a light application to my inner lid... only using cold pressed organic products. Just a little food for thought...and I've just subscribed:).
I’m trying this, I have heard from other older utube women using this with success, so if it works for us older gals it should be really good! And no apologies !! This is your Chanel and you do a great job 👏☀️

& she showed me her eyelashes, oh my they really WERE great! ; )
Deborah Benjamin why would you put castor oil on your face ?
mashadasha It is good for your skin! Has a lot of vitamins including vitamin e which is good for fading acne scars, discoloration or dark marks. I find it a little thick for skin but maybe once in a while as a treatment I would use it
Hello dear, may i ask what brand of castor oil did you use thank you 😊❤
It has been a year since you commented here.. I would like to know if you still use castor oil on your eyelashes ? ...and if your eyelashes are thicker or longer than they were last year ?. What about eyebrows have you ever used it on your eyebrows or do you know anyone who has to make them grow back in ?
if i used castor oil on my whole face i’d look like a monkey omg !
It’s nice to see an Asian women talking abt problems most of us Asian women have❤️

my eyelash grew after about a week so i really just think it depends from each person some people see results faster than others depending how ones body takes to different things
Fact :)
100% agree with you!
Now my brows are growing back where I want them to so it does work for brows too.
could u share a before and after photo ?
not be rude or anything but i'm waiting the picts
Lori Graf ✊🏼 bump
Yes, I wanna see the pics!
Lori Graf for the eyebrows does it grow fast?
I’m so glad to see a fellow Asian with the same hair density as me. I’m tired of seeing people who have more hair density do this with dramatic results(by I’m so jealous of them😭). Thank you for the informative video!
Castor oil is powerful. Do not use it everyday, it's just not necessary...
What it does is helping your hair stay strong and thats all. By staying strong your hair will eventually get thicker and healthier
Eduardo Nogueira wow I learned something! Good advice! I
Should tone it down then😅😅
Do you know for what people mostly use castor oil?
You can find it here in Germany in form of capsules, and it's mainly used for stomachal disorders :)
And for hair growth. In the beginning, the weaker hairs will simply fall, don't worry it's utterly normal, they will grow back with full potential.
Another thing: castor oil doesn't prevent hair loss, it just makes the capillary strong and as a result, your hair will definitely fall less :)
Thank you so much! Best info on castor oil! Bless your heart! It's been the best oil for my hair
Eduardo NogueiraI it is if you suffered from Trich
According to my bottl of castor oil it helps with blood circulation to wherever u apply it which promotes hair growth 😂😂
I apply castor oil in my eyebrows every night with a small brush. Always before go to bed. I started like 3 months ago and honestly I do have more hair (and more black) in my eyebrows. Even my mom noticed it. It's really good!!!

Scher Know how did she pull it out by what like how
I am filipina and I started using this castor oil method for my lashes and I noticed after 2-3 months my lashes seems thicker but not growing...My work-colleague romanian told me that it'll take years to grow...She shown me her old photo of her with very short lashes and I could tell how dramatically grows her lashes now....She advised me to used cotton bud and dip on the castor oil and applied on the top of the root lashes so it will curl...
mine grew in 2 months half or maybe 3/4 of an inch. i used argon oil tho
Subscribed immediately as I felt that youre really genuine and honest. ❤
Beware ....
Hmm you had an allergic reaction. Castor oil is an allergen though it's not common. Sorry you had that experience :(
Wow yes it sounds like that is what happened either that or they gave her a product that wasn't genuinely castor oil and had something else in it... could you please tell us what brand it was that you had ? This is really creeping me out now
I feel like this happened to me now to my left eye... bf just brought it up... I didn't think so since its all natural ... my left eye been swollen and the bottom twitching and only when I started using it more on the eye maybe to much...
Definitely sounds like an allergic reaction. Always apply a new substance to a different part of your body, such as your arm, to test for allergies before using it as was intended.
Sweety you need to use natural castor oil putting anything with chemicals will inflame your eyes
im using pure castor oil for many months. The result, i have thick and black eyelashes (upper and bottom), more hair are growing, but they are not very long. :(
Do you use just straight up castor oil? You don't dilute it?
@@eduardaarrais wair you have to dilute it??
@@milkiwiii8351 yes, you do. Castor oil is too heavy, it needs what we call a carrier oil - a lighter one to dilute it. You can use olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, etc (just google carrier oils and chose the one you like best).
You won't lose the benefits of the castor oil, on the contrary, this will help you benefit 100% from them, and you'll have the added benefits of the carrier oil.
It's also good because it makes the oil easier to apply and you won't spend as much castor oil. A bottle that before would last you 10 uses will now last you 30.
@@eduardaarrais thanks for saying this!
I apply it almost everyday at the moment:)
Your honesty is great.
Carly I do the same thing !
What’s your results now xxx 💕💕💕💕💕

Where did you purchase your castor oil?
You are good at what you do. Nobody is forced to watch anybody's videos. Do it your own way. Long, short, it's your uniqueness that makes your videos, "your videos." If someone doesn't like it they always can move along. I certainly enjoyed knowing the result. I agree there is more lash length now and they may get even longer if you continue. There are a few jealous types out there with short and with long eyelashes. Don't let them have any power over what you do. You are a good person.

guys i put castor oil on my eyelashes for just over a month and i had a few people actually comment on them telling me they seemed thicker and healthier. other people seemed to notice the change more than me lol. i mixed my castor oil with some sweet almond oil and applied it with a brush.
I see a big difference in your lashes
This is my first time watching. It's awesome knowing you listen to people's feedback.
Stephanie Paradine hey, are you still using the Rosehip oil? I'd be so interested in your findings, especially as you wrote this 6 months ago.

What is 'turn?' ...what do you mean by that?
pinkeeluvr i
pinkeeluvr castor oil really works, I barely had any lashes, now I have nice long lashes. I apply every night. And wash my my face gently in the shower in the morning. Castor oil is actually not bad for eye, quite the opposite, although if you get it in your eye it will cause blur. That's why recommend doing it every night, fully saturating all your lashes.
Thank you for being upfront and honest..and moreover you are beautiful so do not worry too much with the lashes
I can see a difference compared to the first video.
Very helpful. Btw, you have a very pretty natural look!

Pretty Kitty oh my god me too that bump last for 6 months in my lower eyelid
Olive oil is proven to really actually GROW eyelashes while Castor oil simply moisturizes and nourishes them; it isn’t scientifically proven to grow eyelashes.
Vaseline conditions your eyelashes which makes them fuller and thicker so that could help, too.

I've been using castor oil for more than a year and here are my opinions:
Is castor oil effective in growing your lashes?
-YES it is effective. I've seen improvements after about 2 months but it's minor. It thickened my lashes and made it healthy
When do I use castor oil
- I use it EVERY night I don't use it in the day but sometimes I forget to put castor oil every now and then
Does it work in other parts other than lashes?
-YES it does. I saw a HUGE difference in my eyebrows. When I was in Grade8(Im in g10 now) I have little to no eyebrows but now I just have to fill them up and it now has a shape
- I also saw that my lower lashes are longer and fuller
I stopped using castor oil for almost a year and I started using it now and I can say that it really helps in growing your lashes and eyebrows. You just need to be committed and consistent. My lashes are now thick and healthy than before and my eyebrows have improved :)
for my eyelashes, do I put it on my roots right? Also, can I use a cotton swab to put it on my eyebrows and eyelashes? Thanks
Rick Fiel Yes it's more important if we apply on the roots and its ok to use cotton swabs, just be cautious the cotton might stick in your eyes
Kei Chan hey also can putting castor oil give u a stye on ur eyes. Thanks and appreciate for the reply :)
Rick Fiel In my experience I've never gotten a stye from using castor oil but don't use too much just incase ;)
You can buy new eyelash curlers rubber cushions you know, they're pretty universal
it worked for me. my lashes are thicker and longer. the result also differs person to person. btw the reason why you do it at night is that the sunlight make the oil less potent. most castor oil bottles have UV protection coated on them.
I'm using the wand on my brows, & adding ALSO using eyelash brush like a brow flick for my sparse areas.
I put it on at night b4 bed and wrap my head in a hot towel.
dallas Brown did you use the castor oil alone or did you mix anything with it?!
dallas Brown how did you wash out all the oil from your hair because with me it doesn't come out and my hair looks so oily
Ana Zamora I use a coconut shampoo
How often do you use it? And do you use a carrier oil?
Don't you just love it when people make a comment like that and then they never come back again when you ask them questions
Castor oil is magic guys! I have been using for 3 months now and my lashes are longer than it was before.
Nila Have you been using it everyday?
Eye dr also told me using a qtip and warm water on the inner lid can help clean the eye and help it grow I do it. And my lashes are super thick.
I am hoping it works as well on my eyelashes as my whole face
castrol oil really effective ...my eyelashes growth 3nights only
Eyelash curlers will long term ruin lashes. Castor oil definitely works.
I appreciate you getting to the point. Have you thought about making your mascara with castor oil for everyday use?
Hibiki 3 days r u kidding me
Hibiki what kind of castor oil do you use?
I wish I could find something that would make them come in thicker like they used to be
No apologies necessary. Thanks for all your hard work and advice. x

Thanks for updating us! Btw Are you wearing lipstick? Pls share
I’ve been using castor oil on my lashes everyday for 3 weeks and I’ve seen no results whatsoever 😔
any progress?
I'm about a week ahead of you and I'm starting to see results. What's strange is that the lower lashes are growing faster than the top. I'm a little older so I'm going to be patient because if its working on my lower lashes I'm going to keep it up. Most people say it takes 2 to 3 months so we'll see. I'll wish you luck and maybe you wish me luck!!! 😊
@@kathydbrumfieldb8753 updates? i'm a guy and wanna use castor oil lol
megan s
you have to be extremely patient when using castor oil lmao, some people don’t even see a difference within 2 months. you have to be very consistent
I saw difference in a month.. both upper and lower lashes..my eyes looks amazing and my eyebrows are soooo thick now. I use combination of oils
I started applying castor oil to my eyebrows and eyelashes today! I plan to do it everyday and hopefully will see a difference.
Did you see a difference? Are you still doing it?
did u ?
Should I put the castor oil on the fridge after using?
I think the main reason you aren’t seeing a big difference is because you only use a q tip to put the oil on. I tried this and got results overnight by rubbing the oil on my eyes as if they had an itch and made sure the roots got the oil on them. 😊🥰
Hey you should try and this is just my opinion but you should use a mixture of ingredients like I would suggest olive oil coconut oil vaseline etc. Just to get more growth its better to use a mixture
Selena beauty and vlogs Hernandez Which one should be mixed?
My input..I only use it at night, and on my brows as well. I like to use it in the evening as it is also touted to be beneficial in the prevention of cataracts (holistic approach obviously). I extend my nightly application with a light application to my inner lid... only using cold pressed organic products. Just a little food for thought...and I've just subscribed:).
I’m trying this, I have heard from other older utube women using this with success, so if it works for us older gals it should be really good! And no apologies !! This is your Chanel and you do a great job 👏☀️
