It doesn't work for me in eyebrows but perhaps it is that I didn't use it long enough as my eyes had allergic symptoms. For hair, my folks would have used rosemary and onion but not caster oil.
Here’s what I do for mine hair growth: I begin my day with mild exercises. For breakfast, I eat omelette, almonds, and idlis. When I return back from work, I gently massage my scalp. At night, I apply a few drops of liitllexttra reactivate hair growth serum to my hair. Just following these things has helped my hair grow nicely.
This is how I use it: 1 Wash and dry area. 2 I comb softly my brows with clean brush (can be a mascara clean brush) to stimulate and massage area. 3 I apply a couple of drops of castor oil with finger and pat and massage gently. Once absorbed I apply a bit more. 4 I do this twice a day..when I get home from work and before I go to sleep, I clean the area again and repeat process. For me it works. Takes a few weeks but worth it.

Dr you have 262K subscribers. ❤ I use organic cold pressed castor oil on both my eyelashes and eyebrows for almost 1 year. Definitely seen a difference in growth but it's been slow and steady. As you a recommended l don't wash it off the following day.
After years of not having eyebrows I started using castor oil cold pressed organic hexane free, with a spoolie nightly. It's taken months but I have eyebrows. I also have taken a couple weeks off because of being so busy. They did not go backwards from stopping.
I have used cold pressed CO for about 6 months on my whole face and décolleté. I dont see much thickening of brows, but maybe a little more length on my lashes. But what I LOVE is the plumping and hydrating of my skin. It soaks in and makes your skin glow!
I have never used Jamaican Black Castor oil for my brows or my lashes, but I HAVE used it on my hair and it's worked wonders! I usually mix it with a little bit of coconut oil, or tea tree oil, but sometimes I use it alone. I slather it all over my hair and massage it into my scalp and leave it on anywhere from 2 hours to overnight (2 to 3 times a week). I didn't really notice if my hair got thicker, but I can tell you I saw a huge difference lengthwise. 👍🏼

Lilith Moon , on her excellent TH-cam beauty channel, tested castor oil on both her hair and lashes over about 6 months. Her videos clearly show how she did everything, including photos of progress in growth and thickness at regular intervals. Both lashes and hair showed impressive growth by the end of the testing periods of the separate trials. I'm sure it required patient persistence for the whole six months. I recommend checking out her tutorials to anyone interested. As for me, at age 73 I tried a brow growth product made by Beverly Hills M.D. because I hoped for faster results. After 1 month I definitely saw growth results, but didn't buy another product tube right away because of expense. I had a bit of castor oil on hand and applied that in the meantime until it ran out. Growth seemed to amble on with the castor oil. After a few months now without using any product, the brows seemed to have maintained pretty well, but I'm intending to restart treatment for further growth. I want to see how close I can come to restoring the full brows I had 50 years ago and reduce need for make up.
There is a cream in Colombia for eyebrows growth. I used there. In Canada there is not such product. So I decided to buy the castor oil. My eyebrows start falling due to much make up application on the brows (when I used to work as OR nurse)I it work fabulous! It didn’t work for me, either. After some time of consistently applying it, my skin beneath my brow hair started to itch so I discontinued use. Maybe, I’m one of the few that can’t tolerate the active ingredients:(
I have uneven brows so I used organic castor oil and minoxdil together on 1 side. It works! amazing and very affordable. Im not sure if Minoxdil is needed but I use it anyway for the top of my head. Ive been using castor oil for about 3-4 months now only at night

Hi all I’ve just learn about caster oil for your eyebrows. They are very thin and I have fair hair. So they are very difficult to see I have just bought some castor oil I’ve been using it for one day I shall report back with my findings. Lovely informative video by the way.
Doesn’t Latisse change eye color in some patients? I like my blue green eyes and don’t want them to darken. This is the reason I never tried it. I use castor oil instead. Works well.
Last year I used castor oil on my brows and lash lines. I ended up with a clogged gland on lash line, white in color. Used a warmish hot washcloth compress to pop it. Took a few days of that 10 minutes at a time and it popped on its own. Doc confirmed it was probably caused by the castor oil. I'm prone to getting clogged glands, not everyone will have this unfortunate result. But if you do see a white bump, you’ll know why. Also got some clogging on my face. I guess it's just not for me, but i do use it on my brows and scalp with no problems. It's wonderful on the scalp and hair ends, use overnight.
I knew of castor oil as good for growing full hair since childhood, I never tried it, but I guess I will, after this. I wonder what results people got rubbing it on their heads
A friend of mine told me to try castor oil to grow thicker eyebrows and I have. In three weeks I have very thick eyebrows and I’m also using it to create longer lashes. I’ve also recently used Vaseline to remove some make up; one of them has made my eyelashes extremely long in about 3 to 4 weeks.
I've used castor oil for over 40 years. Hair growth, yes it works. Conjuctivitus- a little on the tip of your finger smeared along the bottom of your eye. Stings a little but next morning it's healed. For dry cracked hands and feet-rub on generously wear cotton gloves or socks to bed. Skin will be softer in the morning. Stimulating labour- no. It causes cramping but not actual labour. A lot of discomfort for no result.
I used cold pressed castor oil for two months and havent seen any difference. Every night before going to bed I applied it, with the applier and then massaged gently for few minutes. But no growth. Recently I ordered Noor skincare Eyebrow and Eyelash oil from Amazon. I've been using this from 15 days and now I can see slight growth in my eyebrows. This one also contains castor oil but with a mixture of other oils too.
Everyone tells me on this channel they are too thick but I do not mind them. Thank You. I don t have the time for castor oil so I use PlasmaBrow PRF injections
Thanks for making these videos Dr Rajani. I have thining eyebrows now as a 52 year old man. I was at the dentist recently and one of the doctors there commented on my thinning eyebrows, he said the cause of it could be an underactive thyroid. So I will have that checked and also I will see if I can get some Jamacan Carstor Oil here in South Africa, I see that it is available.

@@edihtsantana4358 I’m using cliganic castor oil certified organic, cold pressed & unrefined, chemical free , light-weight , fast absorbing. Curtly free. Super important when I buy products and sustainable /planet friendly. ❤️😇 hope that helps ya. I keep it on over night. And use a eyebrow and eyelash brush to put it on. :).
@@NatalieHartman does the castor oil go in your eyes? cause when i use it on my lashes it seeps into my eyes and gets irritated
How do you know it works with nothing to compare it to.
Would love to try your plasma brow treatment.
I got many friends and clients used it and really got very satisfied results.. I never try it but I could give it a try 🥳thanks doctor 🌹🌹
My pleasure 😊
MSM works too, for eyebrows and eyelashes. Plus it will help with floaters and cataracts. My floaters became smaller and less "deep". Just dilute a small amount of MSM flakes with water and apply around and inside of the eyeball.
You have enough brow hair to donate! I use to have thick brows but waxed them for years and now have Very Sparse brows. I always thought the 'castor oil thing' was bogus. But, after listening to you I may give it a try! Have a Great Trip!!
Thank you
Using it for a week now and they look healthy can't wait to see more thickness
Yes Dr castor oil works for sure. Latisse thé eyedrops for glucoma works too, i Saw my cousin who has glucoma after using thé eye drops with very very very long and thick eyebrows but those who have blue eye will get Brown color instead of blue and forever forever Dr ,i méan they won t have their real color again and it also make thé Brown Eyes darker so i don t liké it but i use castor oil especially when i lose some haïr after botox and it s very very good for growing thé haïr of thé eyebrows and for its thickness too. Thanks dr for all your vedios, you are thé best.
I’m going to try this as everyday I have less and less eyebrow hairs 😢.. will let you know. Thank you so much 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼
Do you now see any change 😢
Just wanted to thank you for being so genuine and sharing your knowledge! You always take the time to answer my questions and I know I speak for many when I say how much I appreciate you!
Thank you very very much
I do use castor oil and I see a difference in hair growth especially when I lost hair after giving birth.
Please have your thyroid checked. I lost hair after childbirth and it was a family trait in thyroid.
I have used a homemade prep with castor oil for over 3 years now.
I use castor oil as my moisturizer am and pm. I believe it has helped my eye lashes just as much as the lash growing serum I used to use.
Thank you for sharing
Really makes nails grow amazing!
Yes it works! Have used for a couple of years off and on.
thank you Dr for that info, I used Castor oil and Argan oil combined in my eyebrows every day twice , and is excellent
It works. I see first results after 1 week 😁
Thank you so much...I am going to start tonight on my brows and maybeeyelashes too
Yes, I use it as well on eye brows and lashes. I alternate that with Latisse. I also mix a dab of cold pressed castor oil in with every shampoo, then condition as normal. Works wonders for me! :) My hair is super long.
Thank you for sharing your experience
Thank you for this Dr Rajanni! I love your videos-very helpful! I’ve been hearing about castor oil for eyebrows for 2-3 years but one has nothing to lose but a few bucks by trying it. Why not??
Always a pleasure to watch your videos. Always open-minded and ready to explore different avenues, always looking for the scientific data...you convinced me, I´m going to start tonight applying this oild and will be back to comment in a month.
How was it 😅?
Dr you have 262K subscribers. ❤ I use organic cold pressed castor oil on both my eyelashes and eyebrows for almost 1 year.
Definitely seen a difference in growth but it's been slow and steady. As you a recommended l don't wash it off the following day.
Actually he said to wash it off the next morning
After years of not having eyebrows I started using castor oil cold pressed organic hexane free, with a spoolie nightly. It's taken months but I have eyebrows. I also have taken a couple weeks off because of being so busy. They did not go backwards from stopping.
Excellent info
I have used cold pressed CO for about 6 months on my whole face and décolleté. I dont see much thickening of brows, but maybe a little more length on my lashes. But what I LOVE is the plumping and hydrating of my skin. It soaks in and makes your skin glow!
Does it increase facial hair
@@xenaburg2362 good question
What is cold pressed Castor Oil?
@@xenaburg2362 No, I haven’t experienced facial hair growth.
Monaco is lovely! Make sure to get out and about.

You are getting younger every day , may I ask “what do you use daily ? And what kind of facial procedures you had ?”❤️
Yes I do everything on this channel snd you can watch them here snd on my ig. My skin care routine vids show what skin care I use as well.
Always best to keep an OPEN MIND!
Yes it really works so great for the lashes but my eyes were always so swollen in the morning I had to stop🤷🏽♀️
Use a lash brush and try not to use so much.
@@falconone7230 going to try it. I always used qtips and soak them a lot in the oil. Thank you for the tip
@@falconone7230 Do you use it at the base of the lashes where you would apply eyeliner? Thank you
It works and also, rosemary oil works as well.
There is a cream in Colombia for eyebrows growth. I used there. In Canada there is not such product. So I decided to buy the castor oil. My eyebrows start falling due to much make up application on the brows (when I used to work as OR nurse)I it work fabulous! I recommended to my client after Microblading when eyebrows healed😍👩🏽⚕️🦶🏼holistic approach. My coworkers love it too🥰thanks for sharing

I also heard Amla extract in supplement form keeps new grey hair from forming
I been using it but not observed if it thickens my brows. I’ll try to manage again and observe starting today.
I tried it on my lashes...used it nightly for some time. All it seemed to do for me was make my "dry eye" in the morning worse.
Yes, I used it and it did nothing for me. In fact, using it on my scalp caused more hair loss. It doesn't work for everyone.
Me to. It doesn't work.
It didn’t work for me, either. After some time of consistently applying it, my skin beneath my brow hair started to itch so I discontinued use. Maybe, I’m one of the few that can’t tolerate the active ingredients:(
Stay safe Dr. Rajani and happy trails.
Many thanks
How about rosemary?
There are studies on Rosemary Oil and it can be mixed with Castor Oil. Castor oil is a carrier oil.
I have uneven brows so I used organic castor oil and minoxdil together on 1 side. It works! amazing and very affordable. Im not sure if Minoxdil is needed but I use it anyway for the top of my head. Ive been using castor oil for about 3-4 months now only at night
Thanks, I will start using it soon and will let you know the results 😊
I use castor oil and rose oil and I have noticed improvement. I use it every night. I also use it on my eyelashes and receding hair line.
Yes I use it and my eyebrows have grown hair also my lashes have grown. I use it with a Q tip on the lashes and the eyebrows.
oh nice topic! Thanks doc :)
I also heard rosemary oil works well too. Wonder if these work for people with androgenic alopecia in stopping hair loss /regrowth of hair ?? 🤔
Yes people here seem to like rosemary

Hi all I’ve just learn about caster oil for your eyebrows. They are very thin and I have fair hair. So they are very difficult to see I have just bought some castor oil I’ve been using it for one day I shall report back with my findings. Lovely informative video by the way.
Glad you are enjoying. Keep us updated
Update?
Retin a (tretinoin) made my brows grow. I thought it was impossible but I looked it up and it actually happens.
It can
Doesn’t Latisse change eye color in some patients? I like my blue green eyes and don’t want them to darken. This is the reason I never tried it. I use castor oil instead. Works well.
How would be the best way to use the castor oil on eyelashes ?
Can i mix rosemary oil to castor oil and apply to my eyebrows
Caster oil made the skin area around my brows to break out each time I used it.
I knew of castor oil as good for growing full hair since childhood, I never tried it, but I guess I will, after this. I wonder what results people got rubbing it on their heads
Does coconut oil work for eyebrows too?
I have many years using castor oil all over my skin and I love it I think make it smooth and tied includin my face and scalpel.
Thanks for sharing!!
A friend of mine told me to try castor oil to grow thicker eyebrows and I have. In three weeks I have very thick eyebrows and I’m also using it to create longer lashes. I’ve also recently used Vaseline to remove some make up; one of them has made my eyelashes extremely long in about 3 to 4 weeks.
did you naturally have thick or thin brows? plz answer 😢
Wow I must try it! Thank you so much
Ooooooo this is really good. Thank you Dr Rajani! Side note: Doc you have gorgeous thick eyebrows.

Everyone tells me on this channel they are too thick but I do not mind them. Thank You. I don t have the time for castor oil so I use PlasmaBrow PRF injections

Ha Ha it happens. Thank you
Does it only work for overplucked brows? And do your natural brows get thicker?
Castor oil works!!! I love this doctor!!! ❤❤❤ Safe travels.

I do remember my father used to give one spoon of castle oil to me and my sister before breakfast few days, every year, for cleansing our digestion system. 🤗
castle oil? lol. it's castrol oil, dummy.
