Today we’re going to talk about how to grow long, thick eyelashes.
Eyelashes are made of protein. But, you need trace minerals to make amino acids, which then turn into proteins. When you’re missing certain trace minerals, devastating things can happen to your body.
When people lose their eyelashes or have thin eyelashes, it comes down to a deficiency of a specific type of prostaglandin.
Things that will help fix this deficiency:
    1. Ricinoleic acid
    • This acid can help correct the deficiency and helps regrow eyelashes. Ricinoleic acid is in castor oil. Just make sure the castor oil you buy is organic and cold-processed or unrefined.
    2. Zinc
    • Zinc is a trace mineral, and when you’re deficient in zinc, you can’t make the prostaglandin you need. If you take a zinc supplement, it’s best to get it from a quality supplement that contains a blend of all of the trace minerals.
How to grow long, thick eyelashes:
    1. Take zinc
    2. Use castor oil topically
It’s important to understand symptoms like this and instead of covering them up, try to find the root cause.

I saw an interview with a young farmer who had talked his father into farming without chemicals. They walked across the road to a neighbors farm and reached into the soil. It was gray and looked like ashes from a woodstove. Then they walked back to the young farmer's field and reached in and the soil was dark and rich and healthy. He said the first year they had less crop. The second about even. The third year over the regular amount of crops produced. Worth it for healthier food. Thanks Dr. Berg.

I used castor oil to regrow my eye brows. People think I use liner or powder to fill them because they are so thick now. I did a mix of castor oil and MSM (sulfur) powder. I kept it in a little jar and just used a make-up brush to paint it on. I also used it on my eye lashes. I use MSM lotion with a wand as mascara, just a small amount then I use a curler. I wore mascara once in the last 12 years and haven't needed any sort of filler for my eyebrows either.

I've been using castor oil on my lashes for years and they are thick, healthy and I don't lose nearly as many as I used to. It's great as a scalp massage too but if you're going to use it on your hair make sure you cut it with other oils (coconut, jojoba, etc) because castor oil is very thick and very difficult to wash out of your hair if undiluted.

Then, I started using it all over my face, im on my 50s. This oil is amazing because it gets inside the skin not leaving it oily looking. I never knew why...but my eyes would water and get crusted up at night while I slept.... sometimes I would hardly have any lashes left at all and my eyes would be swollen and red. Somehow I managed to go thru nearly 60 years before I finally did something about it... and Strangely enough I now have long healthy eyelashes.
About 4 or 5 years ago I bought some Castor oil and put it directly in, and on my eyes before going to sleep... within days my eyes started to get comfortable... not itch... and I haven't pulled one eyelash since.

I was to the point where I had to purchase fake eyelashes because I had so few to put mascara on. Now I no longer have to wear fake because my lashes are as good as they were when I was a child now. So this is definitely correct information he’s putting out there from that book.

I use the edible castor oil almost every day on my eyelashes and eyebrows using my fingertips. They look really good. Do it before you go to bed.
