Mike talking about the "No, thank you" bite, a great concept that everyone should like by, not just children. Try new things, you might find you like it. Unless you have allergies
I do that with foods I usually hate, like scallops. I always try to keep tasting them when they come my way. I *hated* cooked mushrooms for the first 25 years of my life, and then suddenly they (and steak) was all I wanted one week. I now love mushrooms sauteed in butter.
I thought no body could ever replace binwin as my favorite player on the Acquisitions team! Then along comes this pro wrestling guy. He's learned so fast how to be a great player on improving on the fly. Player's like this make D&D games have epic battle memories. Players like this are also a DM's worst nightmare. mike is actually a really good DM. hes soo funny, has great timing, wish he was my dm.
The amount of nat 20s in this game
I love when Dark Jim Dungeon Master comes out at the end!
Man, Chris Perkins getting kinda emotional at the applause at the end was so touching.
Man I love when Anna is there. She's hilarious.
a bird wrapped around the arm is worth two in the swamp XD
Go Evelyn! This is the reason why DCA was so harsh. Evelyn's paladin aura always helped so I guess Chris needed to up the ante
DCA was harsh long before Evelyn had her aura. :P If anything, her and the rest of the Waffle Crew having to adapt to Chris made them hyper aware of all the cool shit they *could* do.
I like how Jim doesn’t have to roll damage. Everything he attacks just dies.
So glad I actually came to watch this video -- listening to the podcast was already hilarious, but these visuals? Masterworks!
I'm gonna be honest... I had no idea who Xavier Woods was before this. But I'm now a fan. That guy's hilarious.
Hands down the best PAX live episode ever.
One of the best in recent memory. You guys are awesome.
"Well, I am an Ancient Black Man." HAHAHAHAAA!!
I am always so unbelievably happy when there is a new episode!
Its a little drawback when jim dms cause then u know its not the main story but he still does always an awesome job.
1:50:15 there are so many good moments in this ep but this buy far it the best.
Animal Handling checks for everyone! After Omin's comment in that previous game, way to have a good sense of humour!
Amazing adaption ^^ Loved the Dire Ostriches.
1:51:53 even the camera operator busted up laughing
"These are loooong, slender...necks." [me staring at Jerry shaking my head disapprovingly]
Please have Bobby back this was great!!!!!! His energy made this newly enjoyable
Can we just start introducing Mr Woods as "D&D Superstar Xavier Woods"?
My goodness this was so much fun
I thought no body could ever replace binwin as my favorite player on the Acquisitions team! Then along comes this pro wrestling guy. He's learned so fast how to be a great player on improving on the fly. Player's like this make D&D games have epic battle memories. Players like this are also a DM's worst nightmare. Grabbing an ancient dragon's eyeball, grabbing for it's brain? Shoving a baby Jim dark magic's dirty diaper down a throat. You can't write player game play any better. I love Bobby....
Hot damn, that is ALOT of damage to take on a saved dex check... That must have been a fucking hell of an acid breath attack.
Mike needs to DM more. These are great.
Yo Loved it and need to get back into Acq Inc keep up the great work guys
Thank you for getting me through this horrible Monday evening at work!!
Evelyn remembered the emoji shield! Yay!
But she complitely forgot that she can summon Morning Glory
I absolutely love when Mike DM’s these things. They are so fucking funny I laugh my ass off every time.
1:17:29 - The expression and shock on Mike's face was hysterical! He did NOT see that one coming. :-)
man i was waiting for this to be uploaded o3o time for some fun!
It doesn't really matter but just wondering who everyone's favorite character in Acquisitions Inc of all time has been? I'm a Patrick Rothfuss Viari guy myself but it is a hard choice.
I love how Chris Perkins is just sitting in the audience, with his little undercover disguise, like some kind of peasant who doesn't enjoy superstar status in the TTRPG world.
Some of my favorite AI games are when Mike DMs
The fucking hymnnnn hahahah. Those two are great! Praise Lethander.
Happy birthday Chris perkins!!!!! Green flame!!!!
Just got my Baby Jim shirt in the mail lastnight. This is better then all the cheddar in the forgotten realms.
The pop from the crowd when Austin Creed hit the dragon! 😁😎
The dex check against the baby's piss was the funniest thing I've ever seen from AI. I feel like Mike had that in the back pocket from minute one.
The Hertzog was hilarious.
I like when Mike take's the wheel.
4:57 that realization. Im dying.
Probably the strongest opening we've had so far. Looking forward to them topping whipping a dire ostrich to death with another dire ostrich
Absolutely loving this, so damn good! :D
Morgan is so awesome, She know Oman still had the bullwag kid. She knew to fer it up. Everyone one but Jerry forgot.
Happy belated birthday, Chris Perkins!
This session is showcase of how high and more overwhelmed Mike's voice can get throughout 2 hours.
Mike as DM for life !!!!
Man this was the best Acq Inc in a long time! Now bring Chris back so Jim can play! Mike is great but we need Jim! I miss Chris as DM so much maybe I’m just nostalgic having been a fan for so so long...
The reason Chris decided to back down from AI was because he didn't like the GMing for live audiences thing, made him nervous. So he is not returning.
