I love you. I have been taking adderall at 60-120 mg since I was 17. So about 15 years. I’m so terrified to get off this drug. The emptiness off of it scares me to the bones. And I feel completely alone with that emptiness. Maybe I will try some meetings just to meet others. Thank you for what you do
Thank you for your comment! Thankfully, I’m not in the area impacted by Helene. I’ve just been really busy with work, and dealing with TMJ pain has made it hard to talk much. Wishing you a wonderful 2025! I’ll do my best to upload some videos this year.
I quit 4 months ago and I been having panic attacks thinking about my heart health and the damage I possibly have done. I’m super strict on my exercise and diet.
@christophersimmons4376 4 months! Amazing. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Maybe go get a physical done to double check and help with the panic. I know I can worry myself into a panic too. Thanks for the comment. Take care.
Good to see you posting your videos have helped a lot with my quitting adderal journey. Its been 2.5 since I officially quit adderal after 8 years of heavy use. Unfortunately I did have a 4 day relapse at the 2 year mark but thankfully was able to stop before it got out of hand. My main issue has been trying to lose the weight I gained after quitting adderal. I gained about 65 pounds the first 2 years off adderal and am currently lifting, tracking, calories, walking, eliminated alcohol and canabis but nothing seems to work. I will keep trying Happy new years Lauren
@Aurora-ep6bd I have really been able to loose some weight lately. I had to stop running because of a stress fracture, so I really tuned unto my diet. I eat less than 1500 calories a day (have to be very strict on this) and some Peloton exercises, but nothing to straining. I managed to loose 15lbs in 4 months! Try it
Happy New Year !
