It sounds like an easy “go to” but it really is about business. Big pharma, doctors, insurance companies, pharmacies and people who are convinced that they need Adderall to function. “I had undiagnosed ADD and I didn’t know it. That’s what my doctor said.” Hopefully people are realizing what has been going on.

I have ADHD. I definitely started feeling withdrawal side effects after taking 10 mg for a month, increasing to 15 mg for a few days and stopping cold-turkey for 3 days - heavy withdrawal symptoms so I need to ween myself off of it over the next few months.

If you don't mind me asking I was wondering if the addiction had an affect on your self esteem and how you were able to overcome it. Thank you.

Agreed. Drug abuse has definitely impacted my self esteem quite negatively I believe… would love to hear your thoughts on this

@GinaGina-qw8km hello. Yes. Addiction had a huge impact on my self-esteem. I hated myself when I was in active addiction. I truly felt like a failure. I had to work really hard to even like myself. I think addiction helped me hide from myself for many years and sobriety is like a magnifying glass

i will color myself lucky. i have never been able to trust people. the longer i live the more i realize i was right to not trust people. animals will never let you down though, they will always shoot you strait. i live life through my intellect never really had any real desire to connect emotionally to people who were untrustworthy to begin with.

are there any specific vitamins or whole food supplements that helped with your detox? Like Min Chex or certain types of central nervous system vitamins?

Not during the detox process because I messed my system up so bad that nothing felt right for a few months. I take supplements now. I am happy to share. I will make a video.

Hi just delivered you an upvote. I remember you told me a supplement that you are taking that is helping you with your ADHD now that you have bravely given up Adderall. Unfortuantely that link no longer works and I was waiting until primeday to order it.
If you could please provide me the name and brand you use, I'll once again be extremely greatful and pass your videos along to my friends suffering from the same disorder.
    Thanks!
