I love you. I have been taking adderall at 60-120 mg since I was 17. So about 15 years. I’m so terrified to get off this drug. The emptiness off of it scares me to the bones. And I feel completely alone with that emptiness. Maybe I will try some meetings just to meet others. Thank you for what you do

Good to see you posting your videos have helped a lot with my quitting adderal journey. Its been 2.5 since I officially quit adderal after 8 years of heavy use. Unfortunately I did have a 4 day relapse at the 2 year mark but thankfully was able to stop before it got out of hand. My main issue has been trying to lose the weight I gained after quitting adderal. I gained about 65 pounds the first 2 years off adderal and am currently lifting, tracking, calories, walking, eliminated alcohol and canabis but nothing seems to work. I will keep trying Happy new years Lauren

Did you get adderall legally or black market? I take dexamphetamine legally for adhd. Most of the time, I take very low dosages between 5-12.5 mg a day, with two days off a week. But every now and again I binge. I will crush up my pills and snort them to get high and go through 60-100mg in a 12 hour session. I just did it again a few days ago, so I'm planning on taking one month off the medication to reset my tolerance and give my brain a rest. I hope I never end up abusing my meds ever again because if it gets a lot worse, I will have to give it up completely.

I drove to a doctors appointment that was out of the way and I even got lost! The APRN wasn’t able to prescribe controlled medicines. Not even doctors can unless they have a certain licensing. I’ve been on this medicine for many 4 years and this is the first time I’ve had any trouble. So I have to deal with the stress of a completely new life, and go cold Turkey off my meds for around 2 weeks. I’m terrified b/c it can cause depression, amongst other things.
