Beautifully done. In the Adagio and thereafter, it's the bass line which sets the mood. The upper lines are simple and lovely, gorgeous filigree. Wonderful pairing; one without the other would be blase and tasteless. As it is, this remarkable pianist and composer merge to create a work of calm beauty. Goldsmith's phrasing, including sudden, nuanced changes of dynamics and IlThank you, David!!

Wunderschöne Interpretation dieser fein komponierten Klaviersonate im veränderlichen Tempo mit klarem doch elegantem Anschlag und mit künstlerisch kontrollierter Dynamik. Der zweite Satz klingt echt rhythmisch und auch elegant. Im Kontrast klingt der dritte Satz echt lebhaft und auch beweglich. Wahrlich intelligenter und talentierter Pianist!
