    I do this one on a regular basis for the last year. I was finally able to hang onto my toes in balanced pose on my butt without tipping over onto my back! Progress! Thanks!

    Thank you Erin. I found your classes a couple months ago and am feeling very inspired by you to keep going! This class was a wonderful mix of strength and stretch. Thank you for packing such goodness into a compact class. Since I’m just starting again the shorter classes have been much more accessible for me. 🙏

    i stopped surfing 3 years ago because i moved to a city far away from the coastline. i'm just working out at the gym, but i keep stretching as if i was still surfing. It keeps me in shape and helps me avoid injuries. nice video.

    Loved it! Definitely hit my main problem areas. I'm not a surfer but as a massage therapist this is great! Add a little forearm and neck stretching and it's perfect for my work recovery. Thank you!

    Hi Erin, I absolutely love your classes and do one almost every day. I'd love to see some more morning classes as I generally practice in the morning. Also some more 45 minute classes please :)

    Thanks for the class. I think this is great for beginner surfers or people looking to get back into it. Personally I try to avoid so many cobras in yoga because i spend a lot of time on my board like that. The hip stretches are great, as well as shoulder stretches and anything that opens the chest/collarbone area. Thanks again for the vid

    excellent routine! just what I needed after a few days of surfing. But the standing leg extensions were impossible for me! Id guess all surfers probably have tight hamstrings. thank you!
