I’m 58 years old in a few days and recently took up surfing. While I’m in decent shape for my age I struggle with flexibility. This routine I do daily. I wanted to let you know that my first surf session after doing this routine every morning for a week had my first 6 waves I paddled into pop right up and ride to the beach. The flexibility is so much improved. Thank you for helping me feel the thrill of drinking from this fountain of youth.
This was very good. I hurt both ankles Nursing at Frontline during Covid. I’ve tried to get back to surfing but my pop up was ruined. I also have right hip arthritis and I’m a goofy foot. Anyway that chicken leg pop up just delayed my pop up for a while, now I’ve found my propulsive pop up with HIIT I’m sticking with that.
A pleasant find... I hope to head out somewhere this summer to learn to surf and this yoga series is nice and gently and accessible to all...and a great space as well. Thank you for your post,,

Many of her postures are bad positioned. its good for a begginer but not for someone who is teaching to others. i suggest to go deeper in the knowledge of every asana you choose. Bless Xx
