Find a protein that’s minimal in fat and carbs and is mostly if not all “protein isolate.” I really like the Xtend brand, and you can’t go wrong with ON Gold Standard also. 👍

I’ve got your 8 week plan for exercise. Could you whip up a recipe list for it week by week too? As much as I try to read about nutrition it never clicks for me.
I like the info - but honestly - this video would be a lot better and probably have a lot more views if it was just 1-2 min rather than 7.5 min to show how to make a 60 sec mug cake. Just get to the point. Far too much preamble
