    Coco powder- one egg white- 1 scoop protein- 1tb flour- 1tb baking powder- 4tb of milk… mix and put it in microwave for 60 seconds

    You could probably make a coffee version pretty easy just by either coffee protein or adding some coffee powder to the mix

    You can do these as meal prep too. I pour mine into a little donut pan and use a thick PB2 mix for a frosting.

    1 tablespoon regular flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1 scoop proteïne powder
    4 tablespoons or 1/4 milk
    The eggwhite of 1 egg
    Flavouring like nutmeg, cocoa powder, pepperminth, cinnamon, ... Whatever you want
    Mix it up and microwave for 1 minute till almost dry
    Enjoy
    Eggwhite can be replaced by applesaus, yoghurt or other substitutes

    Already made quick quiche this way; cheese, veggies, ham, bacon, and an egg. Great way to make a mugged quiche for a warm winter workout pre/post snack.
    Never thought about the brownie aspect, that’s genius!

      I make a vanilla chia seed that is gluten-free.
      In a taller mug, mix well:
      1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
      One egg
      Splash of pure Vanilla
      Add:
      1TBL Spoon of coconut flour (you can not taste the coconut - I tried Almond Flour, it was too gritty for me)
      One large scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
      1/4 TEAS of Baking Powder
      1/8 TEAS Monk Fruit Sweetener (test to your liking)1/2 TEAS of chia seed
      Mix well / Microwave for 1 minute (may need 15 sec more depending on microwave)
      If you are feeling BRAVE - you can add 1TEAS of fresh lemon juice / and a few scrapes of lemon zest
      To that, you can add fresh blueberries or blackberries, or raspberries; if you do, add one TABLESPOON of Almond Milk
      I can't wrap my head around the greek yogurt "whipping creme" has anyone mastered this?

      Find a protein that’s minimal in fat and carbs and is mostly if not all “protein isolate.”
      I really like the Xtend brand, and you can’t go wrong with ON Gold Standard also. 👍

    Made it and it was WAY better than the one I have been making. Hershey's is a must.

    I like the info - but honestly - this video would be a lot better and probably have a lot more views if it was just 1-2 min rather than 7.5 min to show how to make a 60 sec mug cake. Just get to the point. Far too much preamble
