I have been practicing 1hr. Vinyasana yoga for almost 5,6 years. last year I started doing 40 -45 min. HIIT pilates it changed my body shape very quickly.when it comes to see results I found pilates good but yes I found yoga good too as it makes me feel amazing which led me to confuse everytime.what should I do basically. Results or that feeling. I just want a lean body.any suggestions?
My body needs more Pilates to feel more strength. Yoga is great for my mind health. Thanks for a wonderful video.
