    Namaste. Thank you for this video- I have had a history of panic disorder from the age of 4 years. I am a Buddhist in aotearoa. I did yoga first in 2008, when I was able to walk. Born with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy and deafness. Osteoarthritis throughout my body since 2017. Severe muscle spasms in right trapezius for 18 months. Given Botox-3 treatments over 18 months. After the first treatment I woke up and my head was on my right shoulder. It still is, which has increased my scoliosis by 2 degrees per year. This has pushed my organs to the right of my body, so my right lung no longer fully inflates. I meditate several times a day, work out in the gym, follow a Chinese qigong Master. He has a seated qigong video that goes for 15min. Could you please create some videos whilst seated? Namaste

    I started out following this hypertension alternative , Notovα Shocking Plan (Go ogle it) a few days ago and have already found a good enhancements made on my blood pressure! It definitely is stabilizing!!! In the limited time of TWENTY days, my blood pressure level lowered. After Twenty-five days my pressure is normal (for me) 120/55.
