I never heard of such a thing. Will try it out. I never had (much) problems with control of tension (European style knitting), but the back rows (purl) are always a bit looser, and I never got really good & fast with colour work. Does not matter much as I like to knit patterns ... but this is intriguiging.
Miss Andrea I have a question in regards to starting knitting I am having a lot of trouble with pain in my left shoulder and left arm doing regular knitting and I have MS so I thought that I would try this versus maybe going to a knitting belt and I'm wondering what size needles dpns or I'm assuming dpns what lengths you would recommend to get started
You are welcome to try and let me know how it goes. It requires less effort from your hands and shoulders. Please keep in mind it is a repetitive motion, don’t overdue for long periods of time. Message me back after you try it, please.
@@AndreaWongKnits thank you I have gotten a knitting pin. And glorious success with circular knitting and dpns. I may still should I need to add a knitting belt and try combining the 2 techniques. You are a marvelous teacher. I shall let you know how the combination goes after I've received the knitting belt.

@@AndreaWongKnits my stitches are even - better than they’ve ever been- and I can knit for hours without any pain.
That's interesting. I struggle with keeping the tension constant, I think I'll try this. 😊
Yeah! Let me know how it goes after you try it!
