    Fantastico o trabalho dos coreanos. Eles não fazem carnaval pra cortar o atum. O cara corta com um cutelo em silencio, em poucos minutos e pronto! E as lanchonetes da Coreia do Sul fazem lanches espetagulares!!

    Idk why I love watching them butcher a big tuna. I think because of the fish's amazing size, its meat's beauty and the amazing skills of the butcher/s/Chef
    Edit: I am also amazed on how sharp their knife is, also the long one. 😂👍

    님의 영상속 화면에서처럼 틈새가 있는 나무판 위에서 작업하면 나중에 작업후 씻어내더라도
    나무판 틈새와 틈새 사이의 이물질이 있을 수 있고...요즘 다양한 자재들이 얼마나 많이 있는데,고급 재료인 참치를 작업하면서 틈새있는 나무판에서....흑흑흑

    And that's why I don't eat raw fish... These knifes are soo sharp. I've cut up a few tuna and it really is pretty labor intensive

      스페인에서 하루전에 잡아서 항공으로 공수한 생참치입니다. 갈비부위는 그냥먹어도 맛있고 샐러드로 드셔도 맛있습니다.

      저 숟가락으로 판건 잘게 다져서 양념해서 술안주로 내도 좋고 파랑 섞어서 군함초밥으로 먹어도 좋고 덮밥으로 먹어도 아주 좋죠 ㅎㅎ

      저부분이 네기도로라고 부르는 부분이에요~ 보통 김밥처럼 싸먹거나 합니다. 생참치는 워낙에 비싸서 직원들이 먹진않아요 ㅠㅠ

      참치회 먹어본적있지만 제입에는 안맞음 ㅎ
      좋아하는분도 많지만 싫어하는 분도 없음
      먹긴먹지만 그렇게 맛이있지않음 사람마다
      입맛이 다르겠지만요! ㅎ

    처음 참치뒹굴릴때 야외에서 신던신발 그대로 신던분들이 열심히 밟던부분 있죠? 따로 씻지도않고 그대로 궁굴려서 씻지도않고 껍데기 자르던거 여기저기 쑤셔대면 ....
    더 청결하게는 힘들까요?
