You two are one of the most hard-working people I know virtually! When you shared that comment on your insta story, I felt too how it might make you feel but you gotta move on. A lot of people admire you and your positivity. I wait for that particular part in your videos where you mention "chalte hain mere laptop pe". Keep growing and inspiring! :) 🤞

Sorry to say this here in public but I truly mean it. I think of you guys as my didi and jijaji. You folks are my mentor. My first prayer to God is help me move to Canada and the second prayer is help meet you. Loved the video, loved the format. Super fresh and super classy!

    Hi
Have been quite critical of the channel esp as I don't align with your views and believe as you are a role model most people look up to you, and they may take unnecessary risk in this crazy market and overleverage and buy property which they may later regret .
But today really want to thank you for the book recommendation "Psychology of money" , reading it online now for past couple of hrs (1 am now), one of the best books . So please keep the book recommendations coming

But how do we find a mentor?
I have been in Canada for almost 6 years now, on the outside it looks like I have it all sorted but on the inside, I am clueless. No one to guide about personal finance, buying a house, no support if I want to make a complete career change. I read, listen to podcasts, watch youtube but how do you differentiate between "WFG sales ka banda jo eve hi mentor bn k ghum rha hai" and "actual person that genuinely wants to give you the correct info"?
also, yahan dost aur network bnana kitna mushkil hai! like minded poeple kaha milte hai please bta do!
BTW love your guys content!! :)

I loved the fact that you are putting in more content, other than Canada and immigration stuff. It would help in growing together as a community I guess...those who have subscribed already would definitely benefit from it. It's great that rather than running after more subscribers, you are providing more value to those who already believe in you 👍

I don't think his comment was meant in a bad way. I know you got hurt, but have faith in your self irrespective of what others say. People getting salty in comments because the one person had a different opinion is a shame. No one can learn anything new that way. Thanks as always for your very informative videos!

I enjoy these finance related videos.
Quick suggestion: please don't justify your investments or finances to people on TH-cam. Only you know the whole story of your finance so, it is useless to convince others why you buy or sell something for profit or loss.
    God Bless.
PS. Thank you for sharing the name of React Courses by Stephen Grider.

Imagine someone has too much time to take time to write such a big and negative comment rather than using it productively for motivating, spreading positivity
What do you expect for someone like that person

The BEST part of this video was also the *#Guacamole** and it is only **#Avacado** right ? Nothing else I thought ??* .. what else is added ? Can you make a video on that or may be just inform here 🙂

    • @Potatotalkies
      @Potatotalkies  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For Guacamole that I make
      5 small avacados
1 onion finely chopped(put it in water for 2-3 mins so it looses it’s bitterness)
2 garlic cloves finely chopped or minced
1 lemon - can add more depending on your taste
      Little salt and black pepper
Basically avacados don’t have any taste…whatever you add in it that will enhance it

Don't worry for a down turn as long as your debt coverage is 70 percent of your EGI. I mean effective gross income.. Even if rents have a negative growth you are covered. No cash flow but alteast mortgage is covered.... worst comes to worst ..you can allwys home hack on your kitchner home...so no worries.

Adding a quick snippet from my wife's journey.
We both are M.Eng graduates (2019) from UWaterloo (thus our love for KWC and your videos). My wife did her bachelor's in Env Eng and Master's in Civil Engineering. However, she found that conditions in Canada and the job requirements are pretty stringent when it comes to starting your Civil career.
After a meltdown from rejection emails, she took on courses from Udemy and TH-cam for Automation testing, one thing led to another and now she is a software developer with a good insurance company and works from home since the past 2.5 years.
We are thankful to that meltdown, her strength and all the plethora of guidance available on the internet

Biggest bubble right now, worse than New Zealand. Hearing stories of young new immigrant people over bidding in GTA and KWC and losing deposits when bank does not approve valuation.
“Be fearful when others are greedy”.
When the down payment is a stretch how will people pay mortgage for 25 yrs - with increasing family costs..

Neither name Or mehant is required to be copied just apply what is given on the top of your body.
Things which worked for others doesn't necessarily means that will work for us Or vice-versa.
So do not copy others just plan your own way. 😜😜😜
