    Very transparent and helpful. Finance is a fav topic for me aswell. Suggest get a mint act and connect bank and investment acts and put expenses on card and less cash and automatically track expenses.

    The good part about your video is that you let people know that things are not hunky-dory in Canada, people should be willing to work extra hard to earn side income if they want a decent life in Canada. You cannot just leave your managerial job in India and think that Big 4 or IT major will hire you in Canada. If they have to hire an Indian, they will simply hire them in India. Best of Luck!!

    This is a detailed and transparent. This is going to become a benchmark for most of the people who follow you. Thanks for all the guidance. I do have one question for you. The amount you've saved in the last year is over and above the money you've invested or is it inclusive of all your investments? If what you save is over and above your investments then can you make a video explaining how you manage investing and all the expenses from one salary (assuming the other salary is saved)?

      I invest 10% of our household income. But, for now, put all that money on the house :)

    A good expense tracker is mint app. You can connect your credit cards and bank account. It keeps tracking expenses and notify when you overspend on any specific category.

    nice video and great information. i have seen your all videos but this one is my first comment. if you don’t mind, can you share your excel sheet format that you use to manage your monthly expense. i do maintain similar excel sheet since last 5 years but looking for something that can categorize the expenses based on raw inputs.

    Bina salary deposit ke aur automatic payment ke de rahe hain kya bmo 300 cad. If not why you did not mentioned it in the video. Newcomer ke paas job hona jaruri to nahi. They will think of opening the account and availing the offer but then will know the truth
