@@edwardgrassel872 The paddle shift are a complete joke. There are times when it literally takes about a full second to shift after you give it input. I thought that the manual shifting was bad on my Dodge Magnum but it is utterly pointless in this vehicle. My Livernois canned 91 octane tune did help with the normal shifting of the transmission a little bit.

@@craigweeks7525 Hey I look forward to the Steeda CAI install. Just keep in mind the fitment may be a bit more challenging since the 3.0 is a bit bigger than the 2.7 from the Fusion and Steeda has told me they did not cross check the CAD files on the MKZ for fitment. The reason I bring this up is I bought their CAI for the 3.5 V6 they made for the old sport and put it on my MKZ and it had a fitment issue because the MKZ has extra equipment under the hood and the metal casing would not get past the larger wiring for the Adaptive HID lighting.

    • @gearhousemedia6257

Christopher Wiley the stock diverter valve/bov will recirculate the air in the system where this bov adapter will release the air into the engine bay to get that desired sound. It only opens enough to let out the correct amount of pressure anyway so the difference in maintained boost is negligible :)

    • @imfaster

Definitely doesn't add performance. In fact it would reduced performance know probably negligibly. What happens is that are that would normally respool the turbos quickly again is being sent out into the world. So it's not there to respool the turbos. So it's going to take that extra split-second to build up the pressure to spoil those turbos again
