How would you describe the Kaleido M6 in terms of response to heat changes? Some say that gas roasters have the fastest response to changes and electric is a more rounded response. The reason I ask is as you stated you can stall or burn a roast fairly easy.
I was one of the first adopters of the Cormorant in the U.S. It's a prototype level, and the current version Johan is building has pretty much all the shortcomings worked out. I fire that up from time to time still, but my workhorse is the Bullet. This is an interesting machine. What kind of power draw are you seeing?
The largest the M10 draws a solid 16A. The M6 slightly less. The bullet has a cast drum so their elements I believe are smaller and the metal holds the thermal Mass. It takes longer to heat up and cool down
i am looking to purchase this machine from you guys. love the video. question i have 20 amp circuit breaker in my home panel the building on my property where i’ll be roasting is 20 amps but has multiple receptacles on thsi circuit. can i run this machine as long as the receptacle is a 20 amp receptacle and I have nothing else plugged into the other receptacles or do I need to run a separate breaker and electrical line to a receptacle dedicated solely for this machine and nothing else thanks
That's Merican low voltage mains? 110/120 Volts? We use 230V mains here and I want to run a M10 off a Bluetti AC200MAX solar generator on solar as we have sunshine. Will it be 1800W or so?
not sure I can really answer that other than it is a 1kg roaster, good smaller size. I feel like their price has gone up a lot. Very nice machine from my limited exposure.
Thanks for this. Looking forward to doing my first roast on my M6
I like that you showed how to cool the machine down after the day’s last roast. Next time, I’d love to also see the full clean up process!
Thank you for the demonstration!
Great vid!

@@portakeeper do you mean 16A at 110V so 1800 Watts?
What is the Watts required for M10 as I like to run on solar generator with 2200W inverter.

If there is nothing else on the circuit the machine should run fine as long as a 20a circuit
@@portakeeperthank you so much!

So what's good about Kaleido and Aillio Bullet?
