Thanks for the detailed review. At the end, we bought a 2nd Note10+ in March 2021. The new 2021 models fail to deliver value for price and actually is a step backwards. The primary reasons why Note10+ wins still in 2021 is the onboard memory of 512gb or standard 256gb. That alone makes the 10+ a winner. Add to that, 10+ battery life, slightly smaller size (easier to use), and having all the core features of the new models, make 10+ unbeatable in 2021. Samsung needs to refocus on what made 10+ a success, and really Samsung, adding 8k vid but only 128gb memory is sad. My experience - Note10+ owner since 2019 and ind 2021 battery life, performance, and storage beat everything on the market.

Thank you for this very thorough and informative review. You pretty much nailed it on why I'm keeping my Note 10 Plus and not upgrading to the Note 20 Ultra. It's not that big of an upgrade. I believe if a company is making the newer even more expensive version of any product everything has to be better than the older version and the Note 20 isn't. Who is this CNET personality? I haven't seen her before. Great review. I'm on the fence with my Note 10+ as far as upgrading. The downsides holding me back: 128GB (Note 20U) vs 256GB (Note 10+) 25W charging (Note 20U) vs 45W (Note 10+)
I've had the Galaxy note 8 since it came out and I loved that phone but...it was just time to upgrade at this point the camera was terrible and the battery was beginning to be a problem. I was trying to decide what I should get. I wanted to make sure I had a SD card slot. I love the Note series I had the Note 2, 4, 7 and 8. I decided on the Note 10 plus and it looks to be a great choice, I'm loving this phone and it's a night and day difference from my note 8. Great review, I can see where the note 20 is superior which makes sense it should be it's the newer phone but it's good to see in many ways the upgrades are negligible but that the Note 10 plus has a few things working to it's advantage.
I was so happy with my note 10 plus and took lots of research to upgrade to note 20 ultra. I ended up getting note 20 ultra and yes I made a great decision. I don't regret it at all. But I will say you can't go wrong with the note 10 plus. Both excellent phones.
Hello my friend. I watched your review videos. I only have a question like this, is it normal for the speaker to vibrate behind the phone in note 10 plus model?
Its been a no brainer keeping my note10+ since launch. Got the 5G version and ive yet to be tempted. I didnt even realize there was a 20 ultra until i saw a tmobile deal just now. Great video
The Note 10 Plus is my phone and I would choose it again. It's a great phone and gets the job done. The best bang for the buck. I made the change from the Galaxy 7 Edge to the Note 10 Plus. Best decision I have made in a long time.

One UI 2.1 offers a 120 Hz refresh rate option for the Galaxy Note 10, but it is of no use. The recent One UI 2.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 adds a 120 Hz display refresh rate option, but the phones cannot make use of it as their displays are hardware-limited to 60 Hz.
I bought the Note 10+ yesterday. Next to my S21+ I love this Note 10+ very much. It's a amazing device. Always loved the curved screen with QHD💪 I'll use it now as my daily driver. Such a fantastic phone. In every way. Best regards from me Amsterdam The Netherlands 🇳🇱
Great review!. I've been considering the Ultra 20 with one eye on the 10+. If I can get a good deal at Verizon, it will probably be the Ultra 20 because of the camera zoom. On the other hand I would like fast charge, Oh, why can't they just sell one and retire the other to make my decision easier.
Verizon s out if Note 10+, I did claim to replace my note 10+ with cracked front and back screen and they only offer a note 20+5g as replacement, not even the Note 20 ultra
My note 20 ultra also has 256 gb internal, there is no other version sold in my market. What is most important is it has SD card like the note 10+ because you'll absolutely need it if taking a lot of videos or a few videos in high res.
Nice comparison. I currently have a Galaxy Note 10+ but it is difficult for me to resist the change to Note 20 Ultra. It's hard to explain, because whoever has chosen the Galaxy Note once, will want nothing else, and the Note 20 Ultra looks expensive, exclusive and beautiful! I still have an iPhone 11 Pro Max but it is not as comfortable and easy to use as with the Galaxy Note, which is why Note 20 Ultra tempts me so much, very much... 🤪
Note 10+ is great i loved that phone with my friend, but I got ultra as I got a great deal on trade in. The only thing irritate me is the new S pen location ! I am ambidextrous and left buttons with s pen on right made perfect S pen
I have solution for you. Activate multiple s-pen in setting and use your old s-pens easily with no need for using the phone's s-pen. Unless you want to use the air gesture.
I'm from Australia and have the Exy, base storage 256GB so happy with the that 😉 maybe a trade off for having the Exy. Tbh I do not take to much notice of the battery drain tests that come out at the start, as you said those videos are one thing user experience is a whole different ball game. I do not game on my phone and consider my self to be a medium to heavy daily user and easily get a full day and a bit before I have to charge. Can some days get 6.5 to 7 hours on screen time, but mostly 6 hours. Any GOOD case rids the table wobble, and why wouldn't you put a good case on a $1899 phone here in Oz ?? You'd be crazy not to 😂. This is my first Note love love love the SPen and use it daily, now that I have it I would miss it going back to the S Series. Normally charge my phone first thing in the morning and yeah does me all day easily. Love using the camera coming from an S20 Plus which by all means was a great phone and it did not have all the camera bugs of the S20U. That's gone to my partner lol. Speakers are awesome on the N20U full stop. 120HZ is amazing cannot use 60HZ any more lol. Love my N20U, it has totally won me over period and it's a good looking sexy phone 😀 Great informative video btw. Cheers 😉👌🇦🇺
I'm still keeping my Note 10+; 5g is not that important to me considering the cap most cellular providers throttle down after 50/100GB anyway. besides, I have wifi all over the place
ToF sensor does an amazing job with live focus depth and edge detection. I've never seen any phone better than the Galaxy Note10+ with edge detection even for most complex subjects and backgrounds. It's so sad that Samsung removed it and that is a downgrade.
@@ScottiPimpin they took it back because they officially said that it doesn't make a huge difference and to fix the autofocus issues on the big camera sensor they replaced it with Lazer autofocus module so there was also not that much space to use both. And to be fair, S10+ has amazing edge detection even without ToF because it has dual pixel autofocus. And S10+ still has the best edge detection in selfies because it has a dedicated depth camera.
I'm watching this video on my Note 10 Plus, it's the best phone I've ever had. I've had it for over a year now & I didn't feel the upgrade was substantial enough to upgrade to the Note 20 Ultra. I'll wait until 2021 & buy that years Note. My fingerprint sensor works 99% of the time so I really don't know what's the problem. I'm a person that really uses the S-Pen on a daily basis & infact I'm using it right now to type this comment. I really love when I use the S-Pen as the camera shutter when taking pictures. I even put my phone on a tripod to take my own picture using the S-Pen. Any new Note I get gotta at least be better than my Note 10 Plus, like it has to have a base storage of 256gb, 12 gigs of RAM, expendable memory with a SD Card slot, fingerprint sensor on the front screen, dual speakers, great camera's, great screen, reverse wireless fast charging, remote S-Pen & has to be 6'8 inches of screen.
Thanks for watching! Since we recorded this video, Samsung dropped the price of the Note 20 Ultra by $200 in the US so it’s now a bit cheaper 💰

Who is this CNET personality? I haven't seen her before. Great review. I'm on the fence with my Note 10+ as far as upgrading.
The downsides holding me back:
128GB (Note 20U) vs 256GB (Note 10+)
25W charging (Note 20U) vs 45W (Note 10+)
👋 good to have you on board!
Thank you so much for sharing this informative video and I am planning to buy the note 10+ for my birthday
What was the deciding factor for you?
@@brandondo3180 I'm sure it was the pink color
Hello my friend. I watched your review videos. I only have a question like this, is it normal for the speaker to vibrate behind the phone in note 10 plus model?
Great vid.
Gotta love the Note phones.
Its been a no brainer keeping my note10+ since launch. Got the 5G version and ive yet to be tempted. I didnt even realize there was a 20 ultra until i saw a tmobile deal just now. Great video
Who the heck buys this and not put a case on!
Exactly, that's the first thing I do whenever I buy a new phone. It drives me crazy when I see a new phone without a case
Mine is in a MOUS BAMBOO finished case....👍🏾
I worked at a fancy restaurant and the bougiest thing I've ever seen is a middle-schooler with the latest phone and no case.
The Note 10 Plus is my phone and I would choose it again. It's a great phone and gets the job done. The best bang for the buck. I made the change from the Galaxy 7 Edge to the Note 10 Plus. Best decision I have made in a long time.
I was just looking for a video like this
.
Thank you for making my purchase decision easier
Which one you got

I was gonna buy the Note 10 Plus but then the 120Hz felt smoother than I expected when I tried it for the first time. So I found a great deal on Galaxy S20 Plus which made sense to purchase, cuz next year the SD855 will be 2 years older., plus the high refresh rate is just fantastic.. so yeah .. I got my S20 plus for $40 less than the Note 10
Useful information and entertainment all in one; the BEST
Very in-depth. Thanks!!
Great job as usual. I really enjoy your videos. Note 10 plus for me. Samsung has disappointed me this year with the Note 20 Ultra and the S20 Ultra. Horrible value for those devices. Prices are out of control.
Samsung has updated the air gestures for the note 10+
Excellent Video. I am going to purchase one. yes in 2022.
Keep smiling, love the note 10 plus 256gb.
Question is where is best place to go for a good deal on a samsung note 10 or 20 without going thru my carrier.... got my note 9 on Amazon in January last month my fingerprint scanner started acting up so I'm not really wanting to go thru Amazon route
Ebay
Love the 10 plus, will keep it. 😁
Me too!
Hey great reviews thank you. This is exactly what I was looking for
What a breath of fresh air this young lady is with such an engaging presentation.
I've almost made up my mind, but the Note 20 is very tempting with all those bells and whistles. Actually, common sense would say go for the Note 10.
I folded and bought the Ultra!
Rufinoman how is it? Would you go the 10 or the 20 now having the ultra in hand now ?
@@ggreviews2649 I couldn't be happier with it, especially since I moved up from a Note 8 - a great phone as well, which I've now given to my wife.
The speed of everything is what I first noticed. Everything just opens in a flash and the camera? Just incredible.
Rufinoman awesome! Thank you!

Yaay, great comparison as always. And the cherry on the cake, your choice at the end 😊👏!
🙌
Hey great review. Keeping it real. Now let me ask you, would you upgrade your Note 10+ for the Z Fold 3? I have the Note 10+, but I have come to the conclusion that on the Z Fold 3 is missing a lot. Namely, no Stylus included, no Mirco XD Card Slot, no Adapter, and no headphones. I am just curious. Would you buy the Galaxy Z Fold 3?
Such a refreshing review. Informative, entertaining and just amazing. I'd love to see more reviews from this lady in the future. 😊 definitely note 10+ is something else. 😎
2:17 PURE GOLD ! Hahaha
Subbed just to watch her reviews!
What about the front camera, is it the same on both phones ?
I have both, I love having 2 Beasts because of the power and speed 😎👍
You wanna give me the note 10 plus?
Love your reviews. You do great work! 😁
I bought the Note 10+ yesterday.
Next to my S21+
I love this Note 10+ very much.
It's a amazing device.
Always loved the curved screen with QHD💪
I'll use it now as my daily driver.
Such a fantastic phone.
In every way.
Best regards from me Amsterdam The Netherlands 🇳🇱
Im due an upgrade shortly. I have the note 10 plus, is it worth upgrading to note 20 ultra or getting the iPhone 13 and sticking with my note 10.
Oh i have to watch the video again.. I was too busy looking at that cute smile ☺
Note 10 Plus wins on speakers as it's stereo speakers are louder. Note 20 Ultra wins on the camera.
im still happy with my S10+ no need for another cell
You've swayed me to the Note 10 Plus in value, thank you!
Do one with Note 9, i personally know a lot of people held back changing to Note 10+ last year

@@CNET Yea thanks for the reply, just hoped that there was one comparing Note 9 and Note 20 Ultra😅
Sebastian Lim yeap. I have the note 9 and would like to see a comparison against note 20U.
I upgraded from the note9 to the 20ultra and it's definitely worth the upgrade! Note 9 was great but the 20 is on another level.
@@m.8442 thanks!
Does the phone (N10+)come with screen protector ?
I just got a Note 10+ that i found on sale and i absolutely love it.
How much was it?
@@youcannotspeaktomeanyhow 700$ US
You are awesome I love it the way you described the phones . I will go with note 10 plus.....
What's the name of your private TH-cam channel
Have to love Lexy. Great video once again 😘.
@3:41 there is a typo. You were showing/talking about the note ultra and not the 10+.
Verizon s out if Note 10+, I did claim to replace my note 10+ with cracked front and back screen and they only offer a note 20+5g as replacement, not even the Note 20 ultra
how long will they keep making the note 10+?
I'm sticking with my note 10plus . It has more memory space
I'm debating on getting a note 10 or note ultra 20 but my brother says note 10 is lagging on tmobile networks is this true?
I still love the Note 10+..... the design is awesome
You're great as Always 👊🤩
I have a Note 9 and want to get a Blue Note 10+... It looks so good.
AURA GLOW......👍🏾☝🏾
Great review! I'm sticking with my Note 9 for now.
ToF sensor does an amazing job with live focus depth and edge detection. I've never seen any phone better than the Galaxy Note10+ with edge detection even for most complex subjects and backgrounds.
It's so sad that Samsung removed it and that is a downgrade.
@@ScottiPimpin i mean little better than nothing.
Thanks for this video well done
YOUR the BETTER value! Nice review! Keep it up!
Still loving my note 10+.
Thank you I was enlightened with this video
