I have a note20 ultra, and I've noticed when I take a close up pic (my diad at work, for personal record keeping) the edges are blurry like the camera can't focus on it because it's too close, maybe because I'm holding both devices in my hands they are, but then I'd get too much non-important background instead of just the screen I want in the pic. Still love my note 20 though BECAUSE of the expandable storage, and apparently they removed the MST from samsung pay on the newer ones and the 20 was apparently the last to have it, not sure if it'd been needed or not but at least it's there.

It takes forever to respond to mail that's even if they are responding at all and the worst thing is you can't contact them. Am the means of speaking to them is non functional. Even chatting them on social media is waste of time. I regret ever coming to them.
The first zoom shot is not in focus on Note 20 Ultra. No way it can look such bad. There are a lot of online test comparing these two phones, and also I did tests by myself prior to buying one of these. They are very similar, like in last photo sample. Portrait shot is also not comparable in this example. Unfortunately this camera test is for people who knows nothing about photography except press shutter button. Comparing main camera, Note is better in true photographic values (lens quality and jpeg processing) which I assume vast majority of users are not aware of it and they prefer more processed image from S series. Main camera of S22Ultra is not up to Note standards and for me, it is totally expected for serious company like Samsung not to allow S22Ultra to be called Note (not just for that reason).
@LEGENDJOE No, but as I see it, Samsung didn't had or want any better stuff to put in, so thay called it S series. It is understandable for every company that cares about its reputation.
@LEGENDJOE As I said, I am referring to the main camera. Comparing to N20U, S22U got batter macro, but peripheral sharpness is lost. Also, lens distortion can be seen. Moreover, oversharpening, detail smothing, and overall processing of jpg is stronger. All that will give an average user impression of a better camera, but aside from macro, a lot of things are worse if you are looking for true photographic value. Samsung needed to improve the camera with a new phone, and this is an acceptable way to do it.

I bought s21 ultra then and its better. but i don't find any reason to upgrade to s22 ultra... I will wait and see what s23 will bring.
I wanna change my note 20 because some dots just mysteriously appeared on the screen. A dot on the left and on the right. This is so annoying and I don't know if s22 would go same route.
im abit confused on samsung website it says select 2019 and 2020 phones would have 4 security updates following their launch dates. does this mean note 20U(2020) would recieve 4 security updates after android 13 + 4 means 2026 or from 2020 + 4yrs means it would only have 1 remaining security update on year 2024
Note 20 ultra is my favorite phone s22 ultra is not worth the upgrade . But if you don't have a note s22 ultra is better option . I'm not sure if the video showed for the refresh rate in thr note 20 ultra goes down at it highest resolution. I never really noticed but some might
The major downgrade of the S22 ultra , is that apparently they removed the expansion slots for more flash memory , So if this note 20 ultra ,was fixed to the flashmemory it comes ,then that will be terrible news. .it comes with 128GB flash memory and is already maxed.. But note 20 ultra can upgrade to up to 1terabyte additional flash XD ram. The new S22 ultra can't match that.
@@suvin4842 You can't assume that there will be always internet available to you ,to store anything ,in cloud storage..like for example in vacations in another country or t he service donw. cloud storage is not a real reliable service ,And USB C do works ,but is better for me to have it all integrated in the phone ,much more convenient ,when the phone support 1 terabyte internal expansion ,than to have to start erasing files to make room for newer one. The same argument is kind of made about the notes and drawing penl , that you can buy an external one. But convenience is better when all is integrated in the phone from factory and not to be worried about where you left the USB C Pen Drive or worse losing it.

@@nikicarrie4071 for exemple if you use a phone with an oled display its gonna get some screen burn in like logos or letters if you keep em the same for years. The after image stay burnt in the screen
If you had burn-in, why would you follow the same path a second time? Also, every phone could use more batter life. As a matter of fact, you could say that about any portable device. Well maybe not my Logitech MX Master 3. That thing last forever on a charge.

if you're lucky u can find the note 20 ultra sealed brand new for 400
that's the price of a midranger
Note 20 ultra is an awesome phone in all aspects except the horrendous battery life. I have to charge twice a day and it's pissing me off..
Fr I'm waiting till the s23 ultra will come out and I'll upgrade.
I'm still getting 8-9 hours on screen time, after 2 years. Pretty happy with mine.
@@DCchika12 Me too. S23 ultra!
I am living in the UK too, i bought a note 20 ultra brand new Exynos version and literally returned it within a week, battery life is really really bad and heating issues. I bought s21 ultra then and its better. but i don't find any reason to upgrade to s22 ultra... I will wait and see what s23 will bring.
Because that Exynos
Note 20 Ultra with Snapdragon
Is the GOAT
@@veryinterestingpersonaliti8321 i don't know why is there double standard at same price, why don't they produce snapdragon for other parts too
I get 10hrs on screen time on my note 20 ultra but I only use it for TH-cam and no 4G
phone needs to learn your usage pattern
@@flizzy4645 yep 4g and 5g drains battery so much
Cool and high quality content
Thanks for watching!
I don't own note 20 ultra but I still love and feel note 20 ultra is the best
I wanna change my note 20 because some dots just mysteriously appeared on the screen. A dot on the left and on the right. This is so annoying and I don't know if s22 would go same route.
iPhone won’t
@@DirtyBobBojangles - iphone sucks and don't want to be a slave t o apple
That portrait shot was 🧢 that no way represents the 22ultra !
Owned both....still using the Note 20 Ultra as my primary device
I'm using a samsung note 20 ultra 5g. I updated my phone to android 13 one UI 5. Even after that, I can't find maintenance mode.
im abit confused on samsung website it says select 2019 and 2020 phones would have 4 security updates following their launch dates. does this mean note 20U(2020) would recieve 4 security updates after android 13 + 4 means 2026 or from 2020 + 4yrs means it would only have 1 remaining security update on year 2024
Watching on my note 20 ultra
The new S22 ultra can't match that.
what are you on? how on earth do you think the note20u is better? don't even say cause of micro SD card lol
@@technoartfest8708 ever heard of type c drives and cloud storage
@TechnoArtfest then i-ts better to have a 1tb s22 ultra 🤣......... bruh tell me you are not a regular cloud user.......... i had internet connection everywere i had gone and i prefer cloud because i don't have to fear loosing my data
Note20 ultra Best ever
I love note 20 ultra 5g.
Still got the N20U on a contract and am thinking about getting the S23U via a trade up with Optus.
photography, there is no justice because you took a close-up photo with the Note 20 ultra, but the s22ultra I took it from a distance and I'm sure if I took it the same Close you would have liked the s22ultra shot
where is it half the price of the s22 ultra? on ebay its atleast 100 more for the same specs
But Note 20 Ultra has screen burns like around the front cam and each sides of the screen
We've actually seen quite a bit of this
Hei, my galaxy note 20 ultra nolonger receives upgrades, is it finished?
I'm gonna rock my Note 20 ultra till it doesn't work anymore! I'll figure something out then. . .😉
Lol... he took the portrait picture of that woman with 2x lens while 1x on the s22 ultra
Why not use the 3x of the s22 ultra, I bet the note20 ultra can't stand it
Love my Note 20 Ultra with my expandable storage. I just ordered a 512g varient
I have note 20 also love it but let me tell you guys 2024 there will no more updates for the poor note 20 ultra 5g, I think that is criminal as it still has so many years left how they get you 😢 just won s22 ultra on ebay let's gooo
Svp aidez moi entre le A54 et le note 20 ultra lequel fais mieux des photos je parle plus du capteur principal....je veux changé mon téléphone j'ai un techno qui ne fais que lisser le visage😅
i have a note 9 i want to buy a note 20 ultra but it's out of stock everywhere. am so annoyed
What if T-mobile offers $1,000 trade in for well taken care of Note 20 ultra. Seems too good to be true. LOVE my note but...
New flagship for $200 plus protection Hmmm....
Can you do the s23 ultra vs note 20 ultra
Lol when you get glue gate problem in note 20 ultra you will think about it
Whatever that is.
Note 20 Ultra came out in 2020. I'm sure the battery quality is slightly worse
at 0:33 upset man just cross ☠😇🤣🤣
I loved my note20u to death but unfortunately i had some issues with it, constant screen burn-in around the frontal punch-hole camera, i had the phone replaced, but a couple months later i had the same issue, and batery life could be better, my Girldfriend is super happy with it, and my s22u fixed those issues, better batery life, but i do miss the micro sd slot...
What is burn in
@@nikicarrie4071 for exemple if you use a phone with an oled display its gonna get some screen burn in like logos or letters if you keep em the same for years. The after image stay burnt in the screen
@@RubenNeves22 what is screen burn
If you had burn-in, why would you follow the same path a second time? Also, every phone could use more batter life. As a matter of fact, you could say that about any portable device. Well maybe not my Logitech MX Master 3. That thing last forever on a charge.
@@krane15 do you know what warranty is ? The phone had 3 year of warranty. And those issues are covered by it. Why the hell would I pay if it's fixed for free ?
I have a Note 20 ultra (snapdragon version) and it completely destroys the dumbed-down S22 Ultra UK version due to the chipset.
888🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Pictures pictures... What about the sound difference??
its a good point!
