The most dated stuff in any car is the interior, and thats where you spend every single minute of your driving experience in. Can you please make a video on how to spruce up your car in that area please?

The best upgrades are a new steering wheel oem+ or aftermarket, a new shift knob, a detail, new seats oem+ or aftermarket if you can afford them and new gauges/interior lighting @idealmedia don't forgot a double din touchscreen radio with Bluetooth/spotify/pandora goes a long way 👍

Great list. The only obvious change that was overlooked was; updating your AC Delco/Ford/Toyota cassette/CD player with a modern blutooth unit with screen. Even from the outside (looking in) it can attract attention and bring back years to your ‘ride’. Thanks for the video.

New headlight projectors make a huge difference and did updated ones on my '10 Challenger SRT8 recentlly. They are identical to the ones they use on the 2015 + model years, and have air induction ports on each side to feed fresh air into the cold air intake.
Very satisfying to see cars getting a new fresh look, basically bring them back to life, because for me anyway cars are a bit more than pieces of metal with wheels taking you from A to B ...

I've got a 2011 mercedes e350, my parents have got a 2016 version, changing my old halogens to LEDs all around has made it look 5 years newer in itself, highly recommend

It makes the most sense buying used at least that way you get most of your equity back or then some if you flip it (depending on the car and mileage, of course). Plus usually the after market parts takes a lot of time to catch up.

I drive a 2008 fiat grande punto. So far i only put 2012 Punto Evo rims under it, and for the interior, i replaced the plastic dash trim for a carbon dash trim. Makes the interior look way cleaner. New front and rear lights are still on my list. Also thinking of adding foglights front, but not so sure yet. Because it doesn't have the cables
I put on Spec-D Sequential taillights and Spec-D Sequential headlights on my 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T as well as I got the stock wheels painted matte black. That TOTALLY CHANGED the entire look of the car imo🤔.
But it all starts with a cleanup!
Detailing is key as well to make your car new but good point.

don't, get a Porsche later. their vry powerful and expensive, anything that breaks is $$$ even if u know how to fix. also, did i mention their vry powerful? u may crash it on the 1st day. Get something a bit less on power, easier to fix and maintain when u get used to that, then get a Porsche so at least you can handle it. just some advice from a fellow car enthusiast ;)

If you want performance get a a golf trip that’s a few years old it’s not as cheap a a Toyota or Honda auto maintain but it won’t break th bank either

2001 miata, did a frontlight polish + led "bulbs", got rid of the outdated looking orange indicators for LED cristal indicators, a set of brand new rpf1, tire lettering, new cobalt muffler and yeah, it really makes the car look a lot younger
I enjoy your videos. I must speak from the other side thou. I daily a 89 F-150 manual 4x4 and also have a 2016 VW Jetta. I use the Jetta as more of a toy. When comes to my ford. I have the Bondo/ body filler job myself. As long as you have a weekend with no plans. This is a valuable skill that you can learn. Plus, I done the paint pen on the rock chips. I learned to process of painting a vehicle.I learned to blend paints to get close to the colour you want. Wrap jobs do look good. But, I hear wraps only last 10 year. Would this be true? If you put down two layers of paint and two layers of Clearcoat. The paint job lasts for 30 years or more. I also restored the original hud caps to the truck. When it comes to my truck. I’m a big fan of period correct with a bit of Survivor look. When it comes to my Jetta. I got it to look like a sporty rally car from factory. I put a small spoiler( more like a lip). R-line badging was put on the car. Did some touch ups in the interior to match it. My next job will be to paint the steel rims white to match the car and put the plastic hub caps on. I always been a DYI kinda guy. I wish I could post pictures in the comments. Keep up the great work brother.

You said there are after market headlights and such for just about every car? Did I end up with a car no one really makes after market parts for? I can't find any good newer headlight housing for it as well as tail lights. I've also been looking into spliters and such and can't find any on that either. Any ideas?

Lost jobs/income (for those that got hit with unemployment),
This is making everyone reconsider their purchase decisions.
If pre-Covid, I may have easily put mods into my car.
I was even considering to change vehicle soon, to something w AWD & turbo.
As things are now, I think I’ll keep my FWD for another 5yrs, and just sock away all the money I can, into investment growth positions.
In every crisis, is an opportunity, if we know how to look for it.
I expect to come out 5yrs later being financially independent.
I don’t mind having a slightly old-looking car sitting in my garage during M-F as I work from home...
