around 9:40 i was erupting with laughter. i'm no nutritional expert but i would focus on the feeling you get after you eat something. salad for instance, not very fun eating it, but you feel great afterwards. after eating a pizza, you feel lethargic, sweaty, bloated, etc, but it was fun eating and tasting it. i do notice the results from eating a certain diet do not take weeks, they are instant, you can even look at yourself in the mirror after eating way too much pizza, vs a salad and see the difference.
