We tie ourselves by an invisible and enduring thread to every evil deed we do. There is an Australian missile called the boomerang, which is thrown so as to describe singular curves, and falls again at the feet of the thrower. Sin is that boomerang, which goes off into space, but turns again upon its author, and, with tenfold force, strikes him who launched it.

We compress ourselves into things that limit ourselves but this, this i could say was probably one of the best if not the best interviews I've watched on this show. And this is why i come back to the program. We need more realness and authentic cinema. The truth will awalil prevail. Keep up the good work!

    He said there were 3 decisions a person makes every second of their lives. He mentioned 2: 1st, what to focus on and 2nd, what things mean. Implicitly, right at the end, as Mike was explaining his anecdote between your choice of discipline or regret, the third was mentioned: What are you going to do?

    3 unconscious decisions we make:
    1. we choose what to focus on: what we are missing or what we have. what we can control or can't control, past future or present.
    2. what does it mean: this changes how we feel emotionally
    3. what we do: this is controlled by the above two.
    practical steps: take care of your body and your mind will respond. Ask yourself what you choose to focus on.

    • @TripleIProductions
      @TripleIProductions 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@212roblox212 I personally think the best "medicine"/"supplements" are:
      1. Enough sleep
      2. Excercise
      3. Fasting sometimes
      4. And most importantly "Healthy" food (we all kinda know what that is).
      If we are lacking any of these, supplements will not help our overall health any more than fixing the 4 points. The effects of these 4 are stronger than any supplements.
      With that being said, I'm boring. i just stick to creatinine and protein for workouts, and multivitamins to cover all bases. I don't know much about these supplements and much of it seems to not be for regular people and for profit. But honestly i dont really know how well they work. Reddit is usually a much better source since people share personal experience. But remember the 4 points are always above anything else.
