    I've never made a smoothie although I eat everything in them. Have a so-so blender. Hard to resist after watching your wonderful and very appealing videos! You're fabulous!

    Love your green selections.
    I make my own tropical Green protein smoothie:
    In my Jamba Juice blender I put 1.5 cups of pineapple coconut water
    1 cup of King Island coconut milk with coconut water (it's a green tetra pack)
    1 scoop of Vega Tropical Tango Protein powder
    1 small frozen banana
    1 cup baby spinach
    Blend and enjoy!

    I really like your videos. It's , how do you say, yummy. I like green smoothies, but my favorite frosty one is peanut butter and banana with oatmeal. Taste really good. If you wish, add almond butter for your smoothies if you don't want peanut butter.

    These smoothies are all awesome. I am trying to make one of my daily meals a nutrient packed smoothie with added quality organic protein powder, some healthy fats and a few other things. These gave me some great ideas, and the Vitamix is the king of all blenders imo. Might be a little pricey but well worth it in the long run. Great video as always and thumbs up.

    This video makes me want to get out my Vitamix out of retirement.
    Was wondering why you prefer the whole coconut milk from the can as opposed to the one from a carton? Is one nutritionally better? We use a lot of coconut milk from the can a lot in our deserts and there's nothing beats the richness of the taste. Thanks for your videos!

    Can make some vegetable based smoothies. For example I saw someone make a smoothie using sweet potato as the "fruit". It was chocolatey. My kids don't like chocolate so I thought you might have some other vegetable smoothie flavor ideas. Thanks in advance.

    I go to Weight Watchers for group support and need to be accountable by being weighed weekly.
    That being said, I focus on clean and healthy eating NOT just how many points.

      You can just skip it!! Maybe add some chia or oats to help thicken;)

    I'll disclaim that I know your smoothie recipes are all good and fine...However...I have a disdain for green smoothies and the green smoothie bandwagon, ha.... They're a big turn off. I'm sure there's all kinds of things in google world justifying and going into the origins and logic behind them, but I'm not gonna waste my time doing that...:) I already "waste" too much time on the internet, including youtube -- it's a bad "addiction"/waste of time of sorts (conceding my shame)..I have to roll my eyes when folks talk about GREEN smoothies -- throwing the ubiquitous greens in otherwise sweet dessert-y/milkshake-y smoothies -- a perfectly great DELICIOUS thing -- because they "can" or "to get in or 'sneak in'" them greens. Meh...I already get plenty greens...I guess I'm an iconoclast when it comes to green smoothies. Have you come across anyone else that has my opinion on this? Or maybe this is just ME! :) Just sharing my two cents, Dani. I like what you do and am a long-time fan. :)

      Well...I kind of get where you're coming from. I distinctly remember, that my first reaction to green smoothies was something along the lines of: Why would anyone want to ruin a smoothie by putting bitter greens in them, when you could just as well eat them properly prepared as part of a warm meal or salad? Plus, most smoothy recipes call for very sweet fruits to cancel out the bitterness of the greens, which makes them a dubious choice of a snack at least for people struggling with their weight.
      I've melloved a bit on this, though...if this "hype" gets people to eat more fruit and greens, so be it. You can't expect everyone to be all rational and critical all the time ( or even most of the time). It's just not how the world (or people) work. Let them have their smoothies ☺

      I think a lot of people would agree - and I get your POV. BUT I think for MOST people, they do NOT get their greens in, so this is a very easy, delicious, doable way to start:)
