Search some video when I watch 😢war in my motherland Ukraine feel so broken heart, 🫣🫢🤔so pain and dark and my parents mom dad cousins friends they are there and still jeep on fight for freedom for light of course it has to give them courage up cheer up but need some super power up practice, my heart is still there in the war in center Europe

    Been doing this almost every day for the last week or so and it's been making a HUGE difference for me. I've been dealing with a lot of negativity from co-workers lately and this really helps me to shake off what isn't mine and get clear on what is. I also feel so calm and relaxed after. Thank you!

    Best to deal with people’s destructive energy by transforming it while it’s happening. The Tao solves that also. 🙏 Need more channels in that section

    I was really tight and anxious and not in a good space. As I did this routine, I felt the nervousness leaving my body. Empathetic people do pick up all kind of energy and this really helped.

    I fell over and broke my wrist on Friday. Spent yesterday feeling fragile and didn't move much, but woke up today and wanted to feel the qi. Although I can't move my right arm much just now, I imagined where it should be and did this class anyway. The focus on the wrist points felt very serendipitous. I feel so grounded and unexpectedly strong now, despite the fracture. I think I'll be doing this one often. Thanks Nick.

    First ever video I came across of yours was your wei qi building routine. So I was so pleased to see this video pop up. Really loved this routine. Short, sweet and the standing tree pose reminded me of when I was a kid and used to intuitively play with qi in my hands, watching them naturally be pushed out and rise seemingly by magic.

    This was my inner voice during practice: All this stuck energy in your body is the energy you normally use to create your reality-this stuck stagnant energy!! SHAKE! Shake it out. Harmonize the body with fresh pure chi!!! How would our collective reality unfold if we devote ourselves to nourishing ourselves with pure chi and practicing in Nature? Meet me at the beach?

    Thank you so much for this. I am sending the link to my Grandson who is a nurse and due to shortage of staff is often left in charge of very busy, challenging wards with only one assistant. He has been suffering from physical and emotional burn out. He is a sensitive soul and he finds it hard to throw off negative energy. This routine will be ideal for him as well as for me.     thank you so much , I have done chi kung for years and I love it , it helps me with my anxiety, I am or was a healer/LMT empath and had major trauma 20 yrs ago that gave me PTSD. when I did your routine I cried, I just started crying in the middle of it , tears of relief which has not ever happen. so thank you for that. I will be doing it daily

    Very relaxing and grounding. First time doing this I stopped at 13 minute. I have ADHD lol. But day 2 it became easier. Now I'm day 10 and I'm slowly and surely mastering it.
