I met Berns in Melbourne in 2019 and he was saying the same thing. He said he may look really slow on TV but he’s going as fast as he can while doing all his safety checks. It’s quite a difficult job

after 36 years, Zandvoort will be used in a F1 race. Zandvoort was a track i wanted in the calendar this year. even though the track is 73 years old, its been well looked after and it looks like it was made pretty recently but the date it was made was 7th august 1948 with 30 races and 49 different racers leading the track and also, the track has held 370 laps but tis great to bring back a classic track. and lets hope it dosent end up like Belgium. Because Zandvoort will be a great race.
I love that the last corner is the one banked so you're already carrying significant speed into the pit straight and not losing half the straight just to get up to the speed only to brake 30 metres in
I like how all of the curbs are different from the f1 2021 game. That means that for see that curbs in the game we have to wait at least 2 years i think
@@patrickfavier4310 Many people have complained about the recent F1 engines being a bit lower in pitch than their predecessors. I was glad that this change had come, as it made it easier for me to watch F1. But I still prefer this "bag of farts" over the engine sound of a modern F1 car.
Loved 1:50 just shows his understanding of the car, the throttle and the steering input to feather the throttle, then put the power down without hitting the wall.
When I heard they are going to change Zandvoort I was scared as it was my favorite track. However, they managed to keep the spirit of the track at bay, and it seems like a nice improvement, It's still a clubman circuit tho, I don't think it's ready for F1.
It should be fun. The run from 13 to turn one should see some great overtakes. Turns 3-7 are fast flowing and flatout. Lots of different lines and best of all none of the teams have a clear cut advantage in terms of data so it should throw some surprises.

Zandvoort is one of my favorite tracks to drive in the game as well. It does feel like a wild rollercoaster ride. Can't wait to hear what the drivers think of it.

I have a feeling this is going to be the most dramatic race of the season. They say Hungaroring is tough- I say this one's the toughest of all. We're going to see many cars spin out of the track during the practice and dare I say even in the race. Turn 4 is going to be harsh on the front wheels- especially if the drivers take a line that touches the kerb. I have goosebumps when I think about the battle we're going to see between Hamilton and Max. Is Max going to return the Hamilton treatment he received in Silverstone? I really wouldn't mind seeing that happen. Go MAXXX!!!

They seem to use the Mercedes on fast circuits, and the Aston on twisty circuits.

I have a feeling this is going to be the most dramatic race of the season. They say Hungaroring is tough- I say this one's the toughest of all. We're going to see many cars spin out of the track during the practice and dare I say even in the race.
Turn 4 is going to be harsh on the front wheels- especially if the drivers take a line that touches the kerb.
I have goosebumps when I think about the battle we're going to see between Hamilton and Max.
Is Max going to return the Hamilton treatment he received in Silverstone? I really wouldn't mind seeing that happen. Go MAXXX!!!
