Having a second kidney stone passing through my system at the moment. Trying to figure out how to prevent future ones. I am a chocoholic so giving it up entirely would be very hard (and sad) so I'm encouraged to know I can have a wee bit of milk chocolate :) I'm guess the copious amounts of chocolate covered almonds should stop tho. Wondering if the tablespoon of cocoa powder I put in my daily chocolate avocado mousse is okay? Thanks so much for this informative video!

Avocado 🥑 is high in oxalate you can download a pdf off google with the oxalate levels in each food type. Hope this helps I've suffered for years with kidney stones. White chocolate is better also but still high in sugar.

So my right Ureter is fuller/wider thany left which is normal after I had a ultrasound. Does that indicate some kind of blockage? My main symptoms are frequently peeing and a general discomfort in my bladder area
