I have DID and it’s been such a confusing challenge. I pride myself on being a good problem solver, but when it comes to organizing and making sense of my personal struggles the ‘switching’ kicks my ass every single time. It’s like going through an extremely stressful ordeal and just when you begin to make sense of things and develop a game plan… poof… that reality vanishes (for the time being) and is replaced by a new issue, new ordeal, new perspective, new perception, and the organizing process gets rebooted.
It’s like if you were handed a shuffled deck of cards and told to memorize the order they’re in, and as you get to the last few cards in the deck, the sequence all the sudden changes and what you spent time remembering is no longer accessible… and by the time you cycle back around to that specific assignment, you’ve forgotten the vast majority of the card sequence that you had memorized, so you have to pretty much start all over again and hope that you can either complete the task before the next switch kicks in… or remember enough of the sequence so that each time you cycle back around there’s less and less of the sequence that you have to memorize again.
I always wondered what happened to her. Glad she is opening up now. A beautiful amazing actress.

As a person that suffers with horrible mental health i can sympathise.
We've come a long way, but we have further to go. We still have to reduce the stigma, and most importantly ppl need to understand that having a mental illness isnt a "cool" label to use to make you seem edgy.
Or whipping it out because you need an excuse for bad behavior.

Its used nowadays in some bs horrible ways. And that only makes it harder for those of us that are truly suffering.

I experienced the same childhood and wondered if I had two personalities period and now I know that I did however I did the EMDR technique over 10 years ago and my life is amazing now compared to what it was that's the only kind of therapy to do EMDR
Only works on some people and no one knows why. I did love it for my PTSD though

He didn't resurrect again because he wasn't dead. He said it himself, he wasn't a spooke. Spookes don't have flesh and bones. They didn't saw him die but they HEARD of the rumor. Jesus didn't die for us he told us what to do to not go to hell, and that slogan won't save you from it. He said my god and your god, my father and your father, he clearly he distances himself from the true god, the father, jesus never said he is god, he is his messenger, he said i could do nothing with out the father. Worship the father alone and do what he said in the old testament to save your selves.
