    O...M...G.....this was by far, one of my faves. Not a lot of moves, yet so relaxing and efficient. I felt the pain and stress melting away, as we glided through each part of the routine. Fabulous! #relaxed

    Thank you Kassandra. I have completed your 10 minute 30 day challenge. Now I do yoga every day. You are a good instructor. I am going through menopause and feeling very stiff with aching joints. Yoga makes me feel better. Thank you for the gift of yoga.

    Kassandra, I really enjoyed your 30 day morning movement so much that several of them I kept doing over and over. Basically, I spent a lot of the summer playing with them. I really like this viedo,it's new to me. I lov to finish in shoulder stand. I am going to start looking for more of your 1-20 minute sessions because it's a great start for my day and helps me before I do my other exercises. Just so you know, I do love a full hour of yoga, but just can do that every day. Love the short classes! Keep 'em coming!

    still a lovely way to start the day! Would like to see a video that releases tension in preparation for plow. One that’s more focused on the upper back and neck. I’ve done a lot of yoga and when people prepare for plow, the legs are typically mentioned but for me it’s my upper back and neck that need preparation. I would like to work on that I can do bridges and back bends and forward folds all day but plows show me how tight the neck and upper back can be. Much love ❤

    Still loving this practice. Thank you! I like (in reclined pigeon) when you say "let's go explore the 2nd side." Especially in the morning it really is exploring your range of motion and what feels good for you. Just love that wording.

    I loved this one I luv u...ur totally awsome ....I do have a bad knee and tendonitis in both elbows most of my positions that I have to modify r due to my rite knee issue..which is still under diagnosed cuz they cant find nothn
