Imagine being so good you get told to not compete to let others win

I remember seeing them on the Vulgar Display tour; White Zombie and Crowbar opened, IIRC. Beyond bad ass. And each album through Trendkill, I was at the show in my locale. The 101 Live album is a great example of what they where like with that era of the band. It can't be beat, it was so great! Words fail to describe the shear brutality at the time. Yeah, it's probably been eclipsed 30 years later, but that shit was beyond huge back in the day. And that Rebel Meets Rebel album kicks ass too, just like you said. Check it out, it has some more mellow or even kind of country tunes, but it is still bad ass. RIP Dime and Vin, two metal originals.

Thanks for watching and the comment. Yeah to me it’s just not Pantera without Dime and Vinnie.

@@greatguitaristoftherockera2833 Agreed. No disrespect intended to Charlie Benante or Zack Wylde, also huge players in the metal world. But it's just not Pantera without the Abbott Brothers. Not trying to hate on anyone, enjoy those shows if you are going to them, I bet they are pretty good.
But it's not the same. And I'm sure those guys would tell you that, because they are honest dudes true to the music.

Dime got some killer tone out of those Randall amps.
