    I love how my heart rate stayed high even though this wasn’t a hiit workout. Will definitely be doing this workout again!

      Yes, I thought the same--I'm very athletically challenged even when I'm fit, so I easily lose track of what's my left and what's my right, what's inside and what's outside. Her cues actually kept me mostly on track, which was amazing.

    Thank you! I shall add this to my list of regular favorites. I'm a faithful fitness blenderer for 6 or 7 years now. I had to take a break because of health problems, but am looking forward to getting back into shape again. Daniel's 1x10 kettlebell workout is and probably will stay at the top of my favorites list.

    Get a great sweat from this workout and my heart rate definitely stays high throughout - but I'm not feeling any muscle fatigue or soreness in the days following. Is this a sign to increase my weights slightly? TIA!

    What are the weights of each kettle ball
