    dear kelli,
    after working out for almost two years (more or less consistent) with your videos, i feel a (weirdly) deep emotional connection to you and these workouts. it's like i knew you would give the "halfway through" note and the deep glute stretch. it is so lovely to finally feel home when doing something as cleansing as sweating is.
    also i want to thank you for your word at 39:10
    my first semester of university and some personal stuff have me really really stressed out, so hearing those words healed so much, i had to cry. thank you so so much for all the love and passion you both put into this project!

    So I loved, loved,loved this workout 👍. Totally different from what I usually do and it was an awesome change up. Working slow off the step definitely gave my legs a wake up call plus I felt comfortable using heavier weights. I would love to see more like this !!! Thank Kelli. 😊

    I'm coming out of a knee injury that has made it difficult to workout both mentally and physically. However, this is one of the best workouts I've tried out. I love how paced the movements are, and how you are always pointing out to listen to your body. Really appreciate the hard work you put into this videos.

    This was fun! I like bringing in my rarely used step too and the hip band work is so necessary as am over 60 and have Osteoporosis. I can jump lightly but not laterally or vertical but kept it safe modifying when necessary especially forward flexion moves. Thanks this was awesome 👌

    Kelli, thank you so much for your fantastic workouts! I love how you offer modifications, and offer workouts that can be done even by those of us who are not young, and suffer from pain. And your personality, and Dan’s…so nice and accepting :) and motivating. I love how you make mistakes sometimes and show you are human 😌

    I have hip issues, and that first part of the workout, with the resistance band, felt great to strengthen the muscles around it. I find that many workouts neglect that area, in general. Thank you for the excellent lower body routine!

      We have many hip strengthening and stretching workouts - led by both Certified Personal Trainers and Doctors of Physical Therapy, on FB Plus. I have spent the last 4 years healing a hip labral tear via exercise, so I feel your pain! Luckily, smart workouts can make a huge difference. Best of luck to you!

    I've gone from doing regular (youtube) workouts to about.. hmm.. 3 in the last six months. Being able to keep going in what you described as one of the most sweatiest workouts gave me the mental boost I didn't know I needed.

    I’m so glad to have found your channel ! Love your workouts as they are simple and effective. This is what I always tell my friends: there is no magic when it comes to working out and eating to help you loose weight/get stronger and fitter and to maintain it that way. It’s all about correct workout and correct nutrition. Best combo is always cardio and strength training. And of course balanced eating of wholesome foods (not crazy diets, detox, eliminating carbs or fats, meal replacements, etc, etc because you need nutritious calories to power you through the workout). And to reference a comment you made in your other video about taste buds adjusting from processed foods to wholesome foods with time - it’s absolutely TRUE! Our taste buds will adjust once we slowly make the changes and incorporate better foods into our meals. Same thing happened to me as well. I completely agree with your approach to being healthy, fit and strong 💪🏻😍👍🏻

    Thank you very much . I am 72 years young and I still do my exercice with you every 2 days . Can you tell me in this group of exercice which one can be good for X knee probleme than I can do more repitition. Also I wonder if you can do elastic exercice for upper and a different for lower body. This will be nice when you travel because the elastic don't weight too much in my bag at the aeroport. Thank you

    Just read a book called, “Breath,” by James Nestor and he did extensive research of breathing techniques and found that breathing though the nose only is more beneficial than mouth breathing. Very interesting book that you may want to read because I noticed you do a lot of mouth breathing. Really helped me change the way I breathe in general. Also, it helps me feel less winded when I breathe entirely through my nose while exercising.

    Quick question!! I don’t have a step but usually I just use like a chair or something to replace it but I feel like it’s too high and then I overwork. Do you have any suggestions maybe even a book? Or textbook

    I have a question about Staggered Leg Deadlifts. Which glute/leg should you feel it most in when doing either side: the leg with the heel on the floor or the opposite leg where your heel is lifted? I always feel it more in the leg who's heel is lifted and was wondering if that's wrong or not.
