    Taste kosam food tinadam ante life ani enjoy cheyadam. Enjoy the experience of the 5 senses directly comes under karm yoga (or living in the present moment) practice
    But there is a difference between "taste kosam tinadam" and "greedy gaa avasaraaniki minchi food tinadam". The latter is bad for mind and also body.
    My point is -- taste kosam food tinadam is in no way inferior to making a movie or writing a book
