    1) oka time set చేసుకొని నిద్ర వచ్చిన రాకపోయినా ఆ టైమ్ కి పడుకోవాలి, లేవాలి
    2)food light food is better
    3) Dont talk after 6, don't get emotional after 6
    4) Environment
    5) Physical activity
    6) Don't get into unnecessary things
