So I’m converting from manual to power windows by using a Toyota 4runner Power-Blue with red stripe Up-Blue/green stripe with red dash Down-Blue/yellow stripe with red dash I got it figured it out except for the driver side button that control the passenger side window. Any help is well appreciated. Thank you
Hi James, I think ChefYota4x4 used a window up-down switch from a donor vehicle. You can use any single-pole, momentary double-throw switch with center off. Ground is connected to center pin. When you release the switch it returns to center position where no connection is made. When you push the switch to either direction, center pin (ground) will make contact with either pin which connects to Up or Down inputs or rear window control relay. You said two blue wires with the white stripe I only have one and I have a 87 4runner. Is there supposed to be two blue white stripe wires?
