- I make the Pip-Boy 3000 mk IV from Fallout 4, and it’s going to be part of a cosplay at DragonCon!
This DIY tutorial video will show you step by step how I made A Pip-Boy from a poster tube and some adhesive backed EVA foam.

Both this and your prop shop build are great this one is better for more skilled builers while the prop shop one is better for people new to this

I’ve been searching for that hasp for almost 2 years, I found it. It’s specifically a 2 3/4 Inch DRAW HASP, normal hasps are meant for padlocks. You’re welcome 😉
I've used these video's to make so many of my cosplay props and they all turn out great. All I need for my fallout cosplay is a 10mm pistol from fallout 4. Please do that next.

I can't like this enough. Holy smokes. Although, I'm not too keen on the poster tube. But, that's probably because I'd have to worry about arm sweat deteriorating the poster tube. Other than that, dang man, this is dope. Can't wait to see the completed cosplay.

If you go to Google Play and type in " Pipboy App ", you can down load a working pipboy screen to your phone to use in the pipboy 3000. It also comes with a game called Atomic Command Aka Missile Command.
That's the idea! She is going to do that. I didn't in the video because she has an iPhone X, and I have a Samsung, which is a slightly bigger phone. Next video we will have a shot of her phone running the app in this Pip-Boy.

U should try making the Snake match from mgs3 and the Zardenovs prosthetic hand that can actually light something (it had a lighter on the finger) it’s a challenge but I’m pretty sure Odin can do it

Oooh, a classic Cyberman from Doctor Who. One from Earthshock - Silver Nemesis. I have a Revenge version and the NuWho ones are available from Character Options, so the Earthshock version would be a challenge. Tried making one years ago out of cardboard, but I'd love to see a foam version. Go on, go on, go on, go on, go on, go on, go on...

I like the idea of this, lighter on arm being made of foam, but wonder maybe just use a pvc pipe for the arm part and put some cloth or leather padding on inside...the 3d printed one is a little heavy and doesn't fit right. Keep up great video's.

BTW: If you ever decide to build that classic Star Trek phaser rifle I mentioned ages ago (I'm currently designing a Discovery-is version for 3D printing & kitbashing), please keep in mind that those golden coils are one angled piece, not a stack of rings, so for an accurate deal you'd need pneumatic tubing from the hardware store's compressor aisle instead of shower curtain rings. ;)
