  • Day 147 of being full blown carnivore! A little chat regarding the fiber being a necessity of our diet. Something new I've noticed that I'm correlating to the diet, and thinking of moving the channel to Rumble. (Maybe)
As always, thanks for watching! Don't forget to like, comment, subscribe and click that bell so you won't miss my next video!

OK little brother, I've been doing carnivore for about 10 weeks: 1. I'm a Vietnam Vet/ retired cop. I haven't slept soundly in 50 years. Now I do. 2. I've dealt with enlarged prostate issues. Gone. 3. I've had toenail fungus for years. It's dead and new nails are pushing out the damaged stuff. Now I'm waiting to see my blood sugars and blood pressure issues completely resolved (and they're headed in the right direction.) I'm 73 years old and can't remember when I felt this well!! Drive on young man!!!

You are right. Those people are not talking about their grocery bill from the sad diet. Doesn’t even compare with snacks, going out to eat, buying coffee on the run donuts and such at work. I know that as well as you. Kudos to you for sticking with the plan.

As you were talking I wanted to share, my husband had a heart attack last April with 1 artery that was 100% blocked and another the Widowmaker was 80% blocked. During his active heart attack his blood pressure was slightly elevated and his cholesterol on paper was good.. cholesterol does not cause plaque just as cholesterol does not cause plaque on your teeth. Sugar causes plaque on your teeth and in your heart but they won’t tell you that.

Gotta shop! There are deals to be found. Last month found a digital coupon for bone in full ribroast 4.49/lb. Found butcher that does a steak pack 30lbs of steaks for 350.00 and I supplement with eggs. I eat for less than 12.00 a day for a month. 50yrs old carn since August down 55lbs. Keep it up and enjoy the rewards!

Funny how people have no problem paying $11/pound for Doritos, but balk at paying less than that for a pound of some cuts of beef, which is far better for you than the 33 ingredient bag of Doritos. If one needs to eat ground beef or hot dogs, cheap cuts of beef, chicken or pork, do whatever it takes to get off the SAD. You will be better off.

I'm 2 days short of 30 days carnivore with weight loss and drop the BP medicines and get weight off my sore old knees as the goals. Thus far down 17 lbs and now BMI of 24.36. I like to test for ketones, it's a good motivator for me.

My steaks, butters, bacon, and eggs are cheaper than my old meds that I no longer need; they taste better too! No more wasting money on fast food drive-thrus, junk food from the center of the grocery stores, or buying veggies that would always find themselves in my trash. 🤌🏾🥩🧂🧈🥓🍖🍗🍳💪🏾

Wow, rich mans diet. When you are only buying meat and butter and not all the rest of the crap in the store it is less expensive. I find just a fast food burger is more expensive than cooking at home. Maybe that person was eating Ramen noodles.
