    Penny - loved this knee friendly workout - think I overdid with squats and lunges and this was a perfect recovery to keep me moving and SWEATING! without knee pain - please add more knee friendly workouts so I can keep working out long into my later years. You are the best!

    Yes! More knee friendly workouts! If you can especially target quad strengthening that would be wonderful! I’m having a hard time knowing how to strengthen my quads without doing lunges and squats. Also I love the variety of your workouts, I really enjoy the compound moves and fast pace.     Thank you, Penny! I’m recovering from a bad case of “runners knee” and I was able to do most of the workout with a few modifications. I allowed a few extra minutes for stretches. I am finally feeling myself again! As always, your workouts are amazing and motivational! ❤

    Great workout! I do kettlebell training on the ladder app and today I skipped the workout cause my right knee has been bothering me. I searched a knee friendly workout and this came up. I like this is gentle on my knees but still gets the job done. 273 calories burned in 30 mins and I was able to still use my weights! Thanks so much!

    I need to lose 80lbs so yes please bring on the knee friendly workout. Maybe September could be dedicated to knee friendly. I would love to be able to follow a full program ❤ Thanks love your page 😁
