Love this workout!! I’m 60 years young ( former runner) with painful knees. This workout strengthens and stretches at the same time - really releases pain and I feel more stable in my lateral movement - such a SMART well thought out work out - no time wasted - love it!!

I would recommend lighting your grip on the weights - to take the focus off your forearms!
Great too for those recovering from a sickness as it's super low impact. Low heart rate the entire time.
