    How much ground psyllium husk? Looked like a quarter cup? They look beautiful. You had me when you added yeast for flavour, that’s what makes the flavour right, like bread.

    Instead of rolling out on plastic wrap can I use a tortilla press with plastic wrap. A tortilla press will press the dough into a flat round disk , tortilla. It is used in Mexico to make corn tortillas, it is sold in the USA& england on amazon.

      That is correct it will not come even but you can learn by practice not to press too hard , then it will come out even. I use tortilla press for my keto flat bread all the time I press it between parchment paper

    Your Keto rolls do not work, the outside look like rolls but the inside stayed raw, neither did I like the taste, perhaps your measurements were not right, eg perhaps your tablespoon should have been dessert spoons.

      1- tablespoon yeast
      1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder mix
      Let it sit rest for five minutes caught in a ball and bake for 5 minutes then broile
