How many calories does it carries
I made this recipe as it says but even after 40 min baking they were really wet inside and i baked them for like an hour and 20 minutes... i wanted it to be dry not soggy, still they taste nice
Good job 👏👏👏you will perfected when you try again👍
Texture of flax seeds, alway wet slightly, not much, but it is good
You can add less flaxseeds more coconut flour, or other kind of flour to have it dry true you love it 😍

You are a wonderful lady you use a hot water hot not warm you will feel it when you put your finger in it it’s hot thank you for watching love you you will enjoy it very much💐🙏😘💕
Try it as a lifestyle when you have a clean food that’s your fuel you need high powered fuel for a high powered
For fast Busy lifestyle that’s the whole thing
I always say hut Boiling water sorry for the confusing
You better put your sleeves up..please
Hot water or just Warm?
Hot water works perfect for the brand because it’s a nut flour that’s why
Can we make this and keep it in the freezer
Yes you can I doit all the time you know I can’t make it every day that’s why it’s excellent idea enjoy
@@healthywithamal3712 thank you so much
I only used 6 cups of water. I guess it depends on your flour and weather. Thank you for the recipe. I calculate I made 38 pitas but haven’t counted them. I am keeping most of them in the freezer. Also, I didn’t broiled them. I’m planning to heat them up on my cast iron skillet right before eating them. One more thing: I don’t think “no carb” is accurate.
Good job do you need to heat them in the oven? It’s become crispy and fresh when you need to never try iron cast.
Thank you for following my recipe
About carb you saying it’s not accurate
It is because everyone counting process carb and healthy carbs are the same. It’s not the same.
When you have healthy carbs, like in my bread will be in your stomach change to enzyme your body need it badly for chemical active with other organs
But process Carme like potato chips like candy like bread all that process carb will change in your body to fat from your liver, convert carb to fat
That’s why it’s very accurate thank you for paying attention. I know you’re taking good care of yourself. Keep going don’t mix bad carb and healthy carb won. Convert to fat cells because the body doesn’t need it.
And the other one change to enzyme because your body need it it’s healthy. It doesn’t hurt you believe me research and find out as you doing and let me know. Thank you.
@@healthywithamal3712 Sorry, but there are no healthy carbs except fibre. All other carbs will result in an insulin spike and fat storage.
Mix process carb and healthy carb
Not fair
Healthy carbs in the bread doesn’t store as fat cells
Just change to enzyme to help chemical action, your body, need it
process carb will store in your body as fat cells the worst and dangerous fat in your stomach
I have flaxseed flour, not flaxseeds, can I use it instead and if so, how much?
It’s the same if you have the seeds, you use the coffee grinder. And if you have the flour it’s okay. 👍 thank you for watching 🥰
Sorry for getting back so late my phone has been giving me a hard time.
A problem with using whole flaxseeds is that we cannot digest them and the nutrients are lost. You can grind them in a food processor or blender.
too much fiber becareful
